what's the old mtl translation in the main? is it the older version of this game that is translated?

aside from what the guy said above , I believe the mtl version is censored. So if you wanna play uncensored, go kagura version (main).

None of the fourth skills automatically unlock, you have to do something. The fourth perversion skill requires you to pee 15 times. After you unlock that, the fifth will unlock.

By pissing you mean I have to do toilet assault 15 times, and after that I will be able to unlock those skills??

If it doesn't work, a easy way to unlock everything is to donate around 20.000 yenes at the temple and search a red button in the recolection mode.

It's a korean mod (i think it's the only modder of this game) that adds various scenarios. In Summer memories it was about the MC offering the girls to other people and so, in this one is like more a revenge I guess. I'm only curious so i don't put much effort in looking for it

Yes, that's one way. The other is just use the toilet 15 times. Or do some combination of the two.

You don't need to load the saves to carry over your progress.

It does because of the number of files.

There is 39,000 files mainly because instead of creating sprite sheets like most people, the dev split each animation of each sprite into a separate file. That tends to be easier to understand but significantly less efficient.
