You can do anal to her, but no the main protagonist, is a mermaid that become a man and you decide to let her do it or not, so its no cannon. Not worth it.
As far as i know as a ex-patreon member the only way to contact them is by their patreon (and pray to get answered). They dont have twitter, discord, etc.

They only have a patreon account. No twitter, discord or anything. So you should try to reach them via patreon

Possibly. But most scams don't deliver anything of value, this game at least delivers a barely functioning product. With possibly the most racist Jewish caricature in video games, but that's kinda unsurprising considering Russian made...
It seems so, but I don't understand people, the more they shit the game, the more they gain patreon customers.
