82 should be result of choice about the ginger girl who spied on you(I forgot the name), because yes, there are two outcomes and you don't unlock everything related right after you chose, so better make save here and proceed with the other quests until there will be her content again. 90-92 are part of Elyon story, not sure if they are choice dependent, but in fact you could also make a choice about her parents, maybe it's this.
