anyone complaining about copyright infringement, just let it be known that at least in the united states, porn is considered a parody under copyright law and that means that for the most part this is 100% legal even if the dev uses assets from the original game. its not 100% cut and dry however it would be a massive waste of time for CDPR to sue the guy, at least in the united states. other countries? who tf knows, not me.

That's true, but the term 'Witcher" is trademarked. Porn parodies don't directly use trademarked terms, they substitute words to be legally distinct. Like "Star Whores" instead of "Star Wars" for example. That''s very much a cut-and-dried violation. Most likely CDPR would just demand the name be changed, but I do think that US law is complex enough in regards things like using published music and directly copy-pasting assets that CDPR could get the project shut down using some legal thing or other, if they wanted to. This assumes that the US law or similar would apply, of course, and is still contingent on CDPR bothering to do anything.
call it Witch-Her, fuckin EZ lol but yeah i would say even if he didnt change the name the chances of getting shut down are slim to none regardless, i wouldnt even worry about it.

Nonsense. Nowhere was it stated that Ciri will be even present let alone main character.
