This game is fucking awesome. I LOVE the art, the story and characters are great. Looking forward to seeing more!
My only drama so far is those moments when you can't save the game because of an event. If that didn't keep popping up it would be a lot easier for a filthy casual like me to play the game at my own pace.

Sorry, but what on earth does this mean? I'm next to the balls and literally nothing I click or press does anything to them.Also related to the beach - I don't have the money so I chose to take the sunscreen by force, but I didn't get it? Or at least I can't talk to Hana about it.
After the bathhouse event in the tower, the game doesn't progress for me.
I get the end of the day quest, but if I try to go to bed, it gives me the prompt and then after clicking 'yes', nothing happens and I cannot save because of an event. Most my other quests say [beta] or [coming soon], except for "Dark Arts Homework" where I'm supposed to find Hermione during daytime. (And, as mentioned, I'm stuck in post-bathhouse evening).
Is this the end of the current version?
P.S. I have to say, even with the unfinished feel of the game, I absolutely love it! Love the concept, love the art and even the initially confusing map is growing on me. Hope to get more of it!
P.P.S. I know there's already a ton of suggestions, but a minor improvement might be a "completed quests" page. Helps you keep track of your game if you have different saves.

Thanks a lot for the comment, seriously! Yes, you are at the end of the current release and at the point where going to sleep will simply reset a couple of things but not go to the next day (speaking of, new one coming within a week). There are definitely still problems with the save and I will try and have it fixed by this next one. As for completed quests page, that is there, though it's very hidden lol - check the lower right corner in your quest log
I was actually sure I had fixed that but I can see that it messed itself again. Should work now, apologies. You can also find sunscreen on the shore somewhere for free
such a wonderful game... damn my laptop! It is not good enough to run this game... the art is splendid and the game style is super!
Lol, this game is going to make me puke, like I have motion sickness. Please develop a teleport system or a visual novel mode. Otherwise, I won't be able to play your game

just looking at the pictures are there any sex scenes? all the women are clothed, the gameplay looks good but i'm here for the porn
so i know i kinda fucked up but after i got the gallery unlocker in the game, whenever i press anything that pops up on the screen like map, game settings, etc,... it just stays there forever unless i quit the game. my chosen character was also not synced too. dunno if my only way out is doing a fresh new game or could just replace the .dll file unlocker with a fresh new gallery. any ideas

edit: sorry im dumb, i tried reinstall and it fixed the stucky thing but still chosen character wasnt synced. anyhow it kinda solved it.

Ok, lovely art work doesn't matter if it AI generated if its make sense, but that all there is to it.
I'll be honest i was leaving after the secondphysical class, but i though maybe the game start now, but the great hall, one hour to find one place? come on... them the ball where nothing worked, i even got stuck there and using unstuck hard locked me since i couldn't save, it was over i deleted the game just afterward.
i know itwill be meaningless since i'm only one and you have your vision but,
1- fix how you talk, i kept trying to use two, three even five times even though it was blue signaling i could talk or use the item but i needed to move in a way or look in a way...
2- a minimap or make a 'spell' where the MC cast a light showing the way of the quest you marked, i dont mind looking for a hidden corridor or talk with people but i need to know where i can go, dont make the door 'unable' to use make a spam message saying i can't leave, the same with people, 'you already talked with them today...' or something like that it is horrible to play.
fixing these two the game would be somewhat playable but it should allow us to save whenever we want why can't i save? i dont get it even in online games they let you save whenever, i dont get how not saving would 'break' the same.
I dont find it fun to look around in something i dont even know where i'm, a map should be made better, with your localization, and some red zone saying you can't go.
everything wrong with this game is about talking and walking around and not the game or the story, i keep clicking but not talking because i need to be on the other side, this is ridiculous, at the end even the cookies you are throwing by showing the girl i dont even remember the name because i was angry by not finding the classes, i wanted to finish the tutorial but it seems i couldn't even finish it, in the end if it was done in renpy or rpgmaker it would be better, because how it is today this was a horrible experience.

There are some decent points and I've addressed some of them in the past as well (and others are definitely things-to-come).
First of all, in terms of directions, and for anyone else reading this that might have problems with them: there is a playthrough in the OP that goes through the first 4 days. Other than it, from the quest log, you can press the small diamond icon and activate maptracking. It doesn't tell you EXACTLY where to go, but gives you the approximate location

Both things I've considered and put off for now because they'll require a lot of time to develop with the way the map is structured. They might have to come eventually tho. Your idea for some sort of light spell showing the way is good but it's pretty difficult to implement this sort of shortest-path algorithm, especially when the game wasn't built for it to begin with. It wouldn't work in the Shadows of the Colossus way either because the actual "game world" is a little different to the castle's "actual" layout. A minimap is likewise a bit of work but is easier and might come eventually

The big events during which you are prevented from saving have a lot of changing states and different sequences, which would be broken if you were to save and then load a game during them. It's an ease of implementation thing, plus, as mentioned earlier, I do like the "feel" of instanced events and that you can't easily safescum out of them (without the penalty of wasting your time at least). It's possible I will get around to adding all of these objects and their states to the saved variables eventually tho

She's not a love interest, or a character that shows up anywhere else. It's just a passing scene, yes

People also said that the camera would render art irrelevant. It didn't.
And what you mentioned above - "people taking your art without your permission and bastardising etc" is actually illegal. It's against copyright. So, there is that. AI is not a replacement, it's just another tool to be used in creativity.
