I actually played the game now, I would rate this above average NPC game.
If you like the NPC RPGM type games this is a better one than the usual.
Not MTL! Dont expect quality dialogue tho and actually have an ending.
Some actual thought went into this one.

Haven't played most of those other NPC games yet (I assume you meant the time stop ones), but if this one is above average...
I guess I won't be doing that anytime soon.
I mean I played through this in an hour just for the heck of it, and... It's shit, to be frank. Sure, not MTL (I believe that's a plus), but almost as bad, even though (presumably) not done by machine; which is an accomplisment too, I guess.
Everything is absolutely barebones. I mean the maps, the dialogues, the everything. Yikes. You will see...
Also, the H-aspect is...lacking. Ehemm. I mean -well I guess this one is quite subjective, but- the CGs are barely serviceable in my books. Like an aspiring amateur's first work.
Guess the "originality" of the story deserves some credit. And sure, if you can overlook everything else, it's a lol, whimsical trollish experience. If.
There was a fad(or atleast an uprise) a bit ago where Jap makers made RPGM walk-and-fuck games with a fetish theme, such as this developer. They were mostly just walk around and get a CG. What you said is true and I meant it when I said this one was above average, but its like reading a shitty doujin with a specific tag and you like the art, quick short games.
