Everyone thinks differently, has different preferences and tolerance thresholds. I would say I am an adult with my 50 years of life experience, but I still get annoyed about odds and ends on a regular basis. Just because someone (Kimmy) is young and inexperienced doesn't mean you have to forgive everything at once. If someone treats me like an ass without my fault, then despite my biblical age I can be very unforgiving for a very long time.

Ask my mom, who I've only talked to for about 30 minutes in total over the past 32 years. In her case, of course, it wasn't just about the little things.

i really want to ask these gals and sometime guys to like take one step back a bit and give me some personal space, cause most of the time it feel like they are an inch away from the mc face that it look kinda scary in certain scenes . The story was so interesting that by the time they finish the newbies tryout i just turn on skip all unseen text and hold down the ctrl, cant believe i manage to sit through all of that till the end. Well one positive thing i can said about this game is some of the models look hot and unique.

I only remember hating kimmy of the ladies. I don't like Eden's stalker or Milly but kimmy is the only one I really would like to see suffer a bit.

My main hate was Damien, his betrayal cut deep. I was duped into feeling he was an actual good male npc like the buddy in acting lessons so when he turned the knife I did go hate posting crazy.

Even though I dislike a few things in this vn is entertaining as hell to me. And one of my favorites. And Harper alone is worth the Damien's.

For me the college girls are OK, but the milfs are out of this world even the likes of Valerie both her daughters ( Vanessa and Veronica) stunning, I get a twich seeing Harper fully clothed christ knows what it will be like when she's naked. Racheal is top notch, even the likes of Lauren are well fuckable or is it just my kink for the older ladies

For me, Millie (Jamie and Liz' mother) is frustrating, since she has refused (so far) to even sit down and listen to each of your sides. Hannah (Eden's "stalker") is just annoying, especially after hearing Eden's side of it - and after hearing about it, seeing their interactions on TV (whenever this comes up) makes you feel Eden's frustration even more.

Kimmy was annoying at first, but after finally getting her to open up to you, you can maybe understand why she directed her anger towards you. This also had the opportunity to make her understand that you're actually on the same side, with a common "enemy" (Charles). Beyond that point, the only annoying thing about her, is the fact that most of her appearences show her mascara running down her face from crying - I hope this stops in the near future.

Mackenzie is more of a wildcard, since we don't know what the heck is up with her attitude. I hope we also get to the bottom of this soon.

The thing about Damien is just sad. His betrayal cuts deep, but even if you can understand his reasons for doing it, doesn't make anything right. I wouldn't say I hate him, but I would say that I can no longer trust him regarding anything. You can only hope that he learns from his mistakes, wherever he might spend his future, as long as this no longer involves you or anyone you love or care for.

And regarding Harper, I'm not 100% sure if I'd want anything to happen with her, romantically. I enjoy her as a good friend and co-worker/partner, but I hope the romance won't be pushed on her. Of course, if she outright says she wants something more, I'd let her in, but I'd prefer if this decision isn't pushed on her in any way.

For me, the best girlfriends are Jamie, Shauna, Bailey, Liz, Natalie, and now Stacy. I hope Rainn also comes into the mix, via Bailey, in one form or another. I also hope to see more of Jasmine, Zoe, Yuki (Kimmy's sister), and Alexis (the waitress we met while on Azel's last date before we moved). I'm looking forward to Carly coming more out of her shell to MC, and lets MC show that she's on a good path, and that she doesn't have to be afraid to talk to MC while on her way to weightloss and better health.

I think there might be more to Hannah. I mean, so far we've only really heard Eden's side of the story and yeah, so far Hannah does seem pretty superficial and like she'd be the jealous type but it isn't really in BD's style to create one-sided villains. Ryker might be the only exception and even there, we don't really know if we get to know more of his motivations and psychology because he clearly has a somewhat troubled family background.

I don't know, I just find it hard to believe that we won't see Hannah humanized more in future updates, see more of her side of the story and what's really going on with her. I can see something of a Kimmy story developing there, where she might seem kind of nasty at first but isn't really a bad person.

I had a theory that what Eden perceived as her trying to latch onto her success might have just been her being a big fan of hers, as I believe that Hannah is a bit younger than Eden. Her being a bit socially queer plus hero worship might explain some of what Eden complained about without her being as bad as she thinks?

Mind Drop #29 (09/10/2021)



Hey guys, my fault for skipping the mind drop last week. I unfortunately have been sick recently and out of fear of spreading whatever I have to my wife or grandpa I've been staying in my friend's garage while he and his family are on vacation.
I've still been working I just really didn't feel like typing up an update when I was feeling down last week but here we are now so let's get into it.

Game / Dev related stuff:

- These past 2 weeks haven't been as amazing as the weeks before but even though I've been sick and thrown way out of my comfort zone and schedule I still think I got a respectable amount of work done and I'm not gonna beat myself up about not accomplishing more.

Renders made these prior 2 weeks:

New - 114 renders and 0 animations
Week 1 redo - 102 renders and 0 animations
Renders per day - 15.4

Fell a whole 4.6 renders low of the everyday goal but I'm cutting myself a little slack, I was pretty damn sick and I have a very unideal setup in the garage and that 15.4 was the best I was able to accomplish.

Personal related stuff:

- I didn't end up playing Psychonauts 2 yet. I had some unexpected responsibilities on the weekend I was meant to play and then got sick. So I'll probably take a day when I'm back home to play it.

- I've been feeling better these past few days. I've taken quite a few covid tests and they've all came back negative and thankfully neither my wife or grandpa got sick so everything's went about as well as I could have hoped for and I'm very thankful.

- It's been pretty sucky, I miss my family and my own bed and spending my birthday alone in a garage while sick was definitely not ideal but I'm just so glad that it was only me that got sick and that whatever it was, it wasn't covid. If you remember last year me and my wife did get covid and my wife had it significantly worse with the symptoms than I did. We've all been vax'd since we were able to be but it was still a super scary situation that had me stressed the fuck out for over a week.
And I really can't be upset with the situation, these past 6 months or so have been nonstop positive for me. I'm in a great spot personally and I'm not gonna let this one singular setback have a larger effect than it needs to have.
I hope to be back home in a few days.

(And just as an aside. I mentioned being sick in the client poll earlier this week and got some weird ass comments from some anti-vax individuals. So just a heads up, any shit like that is gonna get you blocked real quick. I'm not here to tell you what to do with your body. I make a porn game, my uninformed opinion doesn't matter and neither does yours so keep that shit away from here please.)

Upcoming content this week:

- This ever illusive monthly render set from last month will be released tomorrow. I apologize for the slides but for whatever reason I just haven't been able to finish it but I'mma power through it tonight.

- Birthday renders for Fyona and Purple will be later tonight, they're already made I just have to edit them a bit.

- Next client poll will be on this upcoming Tuesday and just to give on an update on the client, it's looking like she's going to be from Norway. So if you have any specific ideas for how a Norway client should be represented please let me know.

Upcoming content this month:

- The render set for this month will be on the 22nd. And we'll have a poll on the 15th to decide what the topic of the render set will be.

- First beta?

I've been telling you guys that news on the next release will be coming soon and I guess that's what this is even if still a little vague.
I've decided to go light on the first beta release. It's only going to be 200 renders long.
(I've done much more than 200 renders but I stopped working linearly a while ago. Meaning I don't work in the same order of the story, for instance I've completely finished day 13 but still have a lot to do on day 11.)(And for those that don't know, the next "full release" is going to be days 10-14 and the days go by much quicker. Although day 10 is a bit longer just because of the exhibition game.)
The exhibition won't be featured in the first beta but it will be the last release without a basketball game lol

So when will that be?
Late Sept - Early Oct
Betas will be more common after this one as well.

I'll talk more about my decision making process on all of this next week because this mind drop is getting a little long.

I assume that since it's the spot with the least "human activity" in the house, it's the one that will have the fewer issues with a sick person living here and the easiest to clean and sanitize after he's gone...just a theory though
