This game pretty much confirmed where I am in the world. It might not be a popular opinion, but it is one. It made me confide to people I've known for 20-ish years that, yeah, I would, at bare minimum, "like" a trans girl if not be totally all over that. Props to the dev. This is a great game.

No, the 'Evil Modder' would have to not only have the ability to recreate BD's assets but also know the entire story in advance so that none of the scenes they created now conflicted with scenes that will happen in the future. In short, you'll see an update for Milfy City before you see an incest mod for WVM.
