So, has he explained who the old lady is in the restaurant? Because when I played the s1 then went to s2 went to have breakfast and the old lady acted like we know each other, and it was the first time I saw her.

Okay, guy. Of course the game is about fetishes, but it's specifically not about the fetish where someone else fucks your girl. Throughout the entire game it's reiterated that the MC will never share like that, Jamie specifically says that the MC is the only person she ever wants to be with. Part of the problem absolutely is about characterization because the girls were characterized in that way to fit into a game with a harem. Ultimately, while it is slightly obnoxious, it doesn't bother me that much because under no circumstances would I ever play the trans route anyway.

Until season 2 the trans route was objectively better written than the cis route. So much of Shauna makes no sense of the cis route, and playing through the trans route after all of a sudden everything makes sense with her. If anything the cis route was tacked on to double dip with people not into trans content, although the season 2 writing has improved cis Shauna quite a bit.
Now for what it's worth I disagree with your point regarding Jamie Shauna specifically. The Jamie Shauna lesbian route has really just been them exploring their friendship in a new way that also excites the MC. The latest update makes it pretty clear that Shauna is into it too, I won't spoil it but the lesbian scene is very reminiscent of the gazebo scene except with Jamie making her cum instead of the MC.
Also there's quite a bit of difference between someone fucking your girl, and one of your girlfriends fucking your other girlfriend with you. Dislike the trans content all you want, but that's not what those scenes are about.
Otherwise I do kind of agree in general. I pretty well always go for the lesbian path in harem games but the Bailey Rain bit, Bailey made it way too clear way too many times that she wasn't into Rain like that that the start of the path just felt like soulless fetish fulfillment to me. Like the only reason she'd go for it is to please her boyfriend. Maybe the next bit with them will be better in which case I'll change the variable for that but otherwise I feel like BD wrote himself into a corner trying not to piss of lesbian haters for the lesbian route with those two to feel genuine.
I'm glad you brought this point up and really appreciate it. I know Rainn is totally into Bailey. Bailey is clearly trying to not offend Rainn. I would hope that giving the option for them to be together would be about the story, not simply a bullshit attempt to feed fetish fiends. I guess it doesn't matter. He is going to do what he is going to do. People will take offense or applaud him either way.
What I am trying to say is it would be nice to know that there is a grand scheme to the story. A direction. It would seem like offering Bailey and Rainn together is a way of pulling Rainn, a lesbian, into going for the MC. Hell, I don't know.
If you tell Bailey not to go out with Rainn then immediately after you get the Rainn solo scene with MC, so no you can get Rainn either way.
Looking at the paths on URM, I'm pretty sure you can even get Rainn without even being on Bailey's path, but I'll never double check that. No Bailey is a cursed playthrough.
That is even more screwed really. Why would Rainn go for the MC? I am hoping for some story to support that decision.
It's been a while since I've played her content now but I don't think she's a lesbian. She's just a super shy bi girl who hyper fixated on her attraction to her best friend.

there is no incest in the game or never will be according to the dev he wanted to but his family apparently plays this so it makes him feel too uncomfortable to add it
but honestly i think he just used it as a carrot to attract all the incest fans and never really intended to add it from the start anyways.

this has probably been said already but i really wish the dev would have done the rework for days 1-9 so we can have the full story. like i just started the newer content and there are so many things and people that we not even mentioned in the first 9 days like who tf is 4t who tf is granny now im having a talk about going on a trip and its talked about as if it was talked about before why does lauren look af if shes 20 years younger im so confused
