Not sure what you mean by the dialogue for getting paid plays before the scene. All Dennis does is try to convince Liz to work with her tits out and they discuss how much Dennis will pay her for it but that's about it. Seems to me like something that should play before the scene.

You know, just kinda thinking about the realistic consequences of if someone tried something like this, genetic diversity would be heavily threatened if you had like 10 or so women who just bred themselves. And not like even as much as 6 kids. More like if 10 women had 15 kids each, flooding most communities with their offspring. It would mean no matter who you banged, your future children will have her DNA in it. If this repeats itself with every girl they have, you'll eventually end up like the cheetah; so inbred that every child is almost an exact clone.
Obviously this is hentai, but it is amusing to think about how a single woman capable of handling that many kids could easily overrun the gene pool. The real limiting factor, besides just being finances, is mostly how willing she is for more suffering.

To be honest I find the Adam and Eve story a bit flawed. If every human was born from two people, until their children started banging each other, they would be near perfect clones, and the similarities would be so great, they would suffer horrible genetic issues as early as the very next generation (1st generation incest is safer, though it can still go wrong, it is repeated incest that will increase the FUBAR meter). We'd all be dead before the concept of humanity even got off the ground.
Of course, those are stories, one of the reasons you can commit both moral crimes, and crimes against nature just to see some woman bloat up. Depending on the context, sometimes the baby isn't even human.
