Yeah, talking to Vain April while naked will let her sell you a fertility drug. Looking back at the fertility values I do agree that they are a little too low. They will be raised with the next update. For now, either use a fertility drug or wear the Kung-fu dress on an ovulation day for the best pregnancy chance.

Now that you mention it...I probably went full naked just once or twice, really. I change outfits quite frequently, depending on what I feel like at the moment
I tend to swap between two or three favorite outfits, nude isn´t even always among those. Games with separate top and bottom clothes and lots of customization are usually pretty high among my favorites, as long as I like the artstyle.
