Prolly MC gave a Keyla the fuck of her life and now she is naturally hungry and missing it. She will leave Zeke and then MC will have fuck buddy (without Zeke knowing) and how harem will be open in a future,it's all easy pease,lol. Although I'm not seeing main LIs like typical harem type of girls. Even if harem opens I would rather play with each LI individually (except Kim) and stuck with one that suit me best. It's tough choice,tbh.

So that at least makes clear Zeke is not completely happy in his relation right now.

Zeke cheating is just something that needs to be confirmed. But the suggested double date with Julie's friend and her boyfriend would confirm it IF that would be Zeke. But that's just speculation, it could be Zeke, but it could be another important male character, if that double date ever happens anyway... But that's pretty much the same as guessing Zeke is cheating because Michelle's friend is pregnant... Speculation because he's unhappy in his relation and another factor with no clear link...

Julia knows Miriam has been dating for a while and is happy and will possibly move with her new guy, but she doesn't know his name, or its kept hidden from the player in every instance he is mentioned, even in private between themselves? Too sus, gets my spider sense tingling. We can all be horribly wrong, but its fun to theorize, hallmark of a good game, imo.

This level of theory crafting reminds me of Intertwined about who is related to who and the overall background relationships of the characters.

According to Gallery, main girls are Kim, Julia, Michelle, Olivia. Kimberly is in the code as secondary LI, but since the game has planned harem ending(optional), I wouldn't worry too much about who is main, or not. Probably just more involvement in the main plot
