What I meant here is the admin was aware of the resources he'd need and that's the reason he created H@H a bunch of years ago. If Kemono doesn't somehow have billions in BTC from the support page to fund extra backend servers, it won't take long for China to overload it.
Extremely, the server is ready and the data has been transferred. Only problem is that the dump Business/Sloppy handed over is missing user icons and thumbnails, so all of those have to be regenerated/redownloaded if he doesn't respond to my messages asking for him to fix them. Should only take a few days to fix myself. Also, the site will likely release in read-only, until the importer can be tested, and patched if necessary.
I might be misunderstanding your question, but the answers to the first two are kinda obvious... KP's servers are mine, Memoryhole's servers are Memoryhole's. Partychan's servers belong to the owner of the late Ofans.party.

Would have to wait for KemonoDev to reply just to be sure but I suppose they can since they directly involve code as well. And if KemonoDev doesn't exactly mind the automated wipe suggestions, that can also be part of code enhancements.
That was the most casual way of putting it. However it was mostly drawings & 3D animations vs reaction videos & real life porn. I already made my argument that they have a better case for loli content being posted on the platform. Allow real life porn let a group of malicious people use that as a shield to post illegel porn or ** as a cover. What we saw before from Tumblr & Pornhub way of getting rid of it was to scorch the entire platform, nearly destroying them as a result.

Also, I guess it was a really, really big mistake (and I don't even know what went through my mind here) to try and defend the furry fetish vs real porn when I dislike furry myself (but respect the userbase and their tastes as long as they don't grow cancerous or force it), and Sofie made it clear in the past that the approach to remove realporn made them upset and all content should be allowed (hello RL snuff movies and **).
I hate discord (just no), telegram (no apps thank you), twitter (even in the open, there's no salvation), *and* any kind of 4chan/8chanspawn (hello captchas and shitposts) so apologies if this sounds a bit rude, but feel free to fix any inconsistencies in there, after trying to make some sense from both what was said in discord and what you just said:
- Kemono belongs to you (KemonoDev), aka Shino, and reachable ways are: F95 (not really convenient for you I'd say, but the most viable), twitter (lolno), telegram (even more lolno), discord (welp), or protonmail (for more obscure things). Code is JavaScript and Python.
- MemoryHole belongs to Sofie, reachable ways: discord. Code is TypeScript, Kotlin and Java.
- Seiso belongs to Sam (not our Sam, that discord Sam), again: discord. Code: Didn't check.
- ofans/partychan belongs to, I suppose, Thinker, since the discord was started by Thinker even though the user is pretty idle. Reading literally six months of backlog was just too much, even with almost zero offtopic.
I'm sure some of the pinged users might be able to shorten all of this a little bit, but in any case, thank you very much for the quick reply and trying to make things less confusing.

The requests system as a whole was poorly designed, and I intend to replace it soon.
All of the content on Kemono is uploaded from huge platforms with paid moderation teams automatically, so until Patreon, Fanbox, etc. start slipping up with removing actual **, we'll be perfectly fine. Not really sure what that has to do with laxer content policy.
What is stopping a malicious person to Manuel use your uploading files feature to post .rar files of actual ** around different NSFW onlyfan archive pages, that will let them hide themselves and their busy on your platform? Because they use to do that shit on Twitter and use MEGA.
