Might be an issue with the compressed version. I had the same issue, then downloading the full version fixed it.

At the pool, on the top left, there's a guy who'll challenge you to a race. Win against him to get the Iron Fence Key. To make it even easier to win at the minigame, you need to talk to an NPC who'll mention about "someone giving massages to make you swim faster": once you hear that, you can get find a new masseur in the massage room on the right who'll give you a massage to swim faster.

General tip: talk to every NPC and character, there aren't many and at times you can get items/scenes by talking to the right ones.

Can someone point out where the pool race mini-game guy is at? I read one of these saying he's on the top-left side of the pool room but no one was there and so tried talking to every NPC in the room and the only ones I can't get to are to that are in the middle of the top pool that don't move so can anyone tell me if I'm missing something here, thanks.

I can't seem to get the mob information female scenes to unlock, I do the event and it says I can view her fate in the clear room, but when I get back to the clear room it says "It will be unlocked when you clear the event."

ok so in the Clear Room along the top of the room where the slime is, to the right of that you should be able to see 3 windows (near the top right corner of the Clear Room to be more specific). Each window shows you the scenes for the other girls. Took me a while to even interact with those as I thought they were part of the wall design or something but those 3 windows are where you get to see the scenes of the 3 other girls.
