Sure it was the right one for the version of the game. Tried out their 3.1.0 mod with the 3.1.0 game and started with a lot of money, and all the clothes. Whenever the mod isn't working that's usually the issue. There's no other mod.
It's the money or money and clothes mod, as I said I tried it out yesterday and it worked fine. Again make sure it's the right version of the mod for the version of the game you have, and that you start a new game.
Possibly the file address, a lot of the translation is saved so it shouldn't be the internet connection. To install the translation put the BepInEx folder, doorstop_config and winhttp files in the games folder with the exe.
