Instead of the "ntr" tag, it should have the "sharing" tag. This classifies as netorase, or willingly becoming a cuck.
On this site, "ntr" generally means the game has 'unwanted' loss of love interest. So, this is one of those rare instances where "ntr" tag is debatably unnecessary.

There is no need for that. If you want to see the gallery, play as the husband then go too the bookshelf and on the top right of the room there is a crystal that unlocks everything. I also posted a full walkthrough that I found.
