and were scattered all around
the world... but by strange coincidence, a mortal from the nearby village just happened to be there
and as consequence, he was forced to explain what happened...
The pieces could not be seen with the naked eye and yet the mortal could...

Nope. The only thing the "player" controls is her common sense fragments. If you break one she becomes more Open to doing things. so yeah, you can prevent her from sex acts with others by not breaking the fragments I guess. I only did some UI translation and minor stuff on this project so idk if that impacts the ending at all, but all scenes are tied to her fragments. When you break one you unlock scenes.
