I would, but i never saw him use a model i would like in a video. But paying for both video and model isn't something i really want to do.

That's the whole point of commissions. If that model exists, you present it to the artist and they make animation with it.
If it doesn't exist and there's no model, like 90% of artists are gonna decline your comm tho.
Rule of the thumb is to look up Smutbase or SFMlab.
Alternatively Source Filmmaker workshop.
If it's there, animation is possible.
