complete the game and find Dr. 'Ann in the post game content.
if the first Z-choice appears choose that she has sex with someone (to get the "tatooed" boy fucking her) and complete the follow up Quest to have the protag fuck her afterwards (human fucking her)

Fuck this, at least other scam/scum devs put some effort, Siren outsources everything & still able to fuck up the "game" intentionally with a easy to use(comparatively) game engine so that he can milk some more. Not to mention how long this title is going on? by this time everyone in the valley could have gotten pregnant & able to lactate which looks like siren metaphorically doing to his patreons.

0.15.1 was out last month but post late on this page..... well it is a free download on itch.io [from today it is 30 days ago].
And about pregnant thing it is plan to explain ZR1's after story during ZR2 [perhaps as a side quest or email or some way]
