Eugh, this is what I was worried about considering what happened to ToP.
I don't get why the artist does this in a porn game. Surely there's some new angle you can show the genitals in a sex scene- or worst case show a miniscene showing the genitals in a corner of the sex scene or something?

Well this game is 2 updates away from ending. There's going to be a sequel though.
So if you check the genre you can see all the tags what's in the game.
It's basically a harem. It normally has incest (mom, aunt, sister) but you need to change their roles in the beginning to that.
By default they 're set to non-incest romes because patreon.
There's no NTR in the game nor is it planned. Siren has 3 games none of them have NTR.
Pregnancy does seem to be heavily hinted (dialogue hinting at it and lots of no condom sex , creampies and you have a choice to cum deep or just cum but so far no pregnancy content.
Weird thing in the android port of these games is that the save file location is way more cryptic than the pc counterpart. Not inside the android data folder, not inside the root folder where the apps are stored, nowhere.

In the save, i only find save 13 until save 15, do you have the other saves especially when:
- Go Down again and enter the Hidden Lab where the moans are coming from. <> SAVE 8 <>

No, sadly (or fortunately for some), there's no NTR in this game.
I think there was a small, vocal minority in the beginning (myself included) who really wanted NTR/zombie rape from games like ZR and AZL, but Siren's been pretty adamant about not adding any non-vanilla fetishes as per a recent Patreon post (I suppose harem and "incest" are the thematic nonstandard ones).
