However if this game also takes some inspiration from the early Resident Evil Parts it could also be that he took the power for himself turning him into some special monster (I would really love this...the lack of a real super villian in some games to day is disapointing)

I agree with you he might be the fellow that shut down the power on the cottage and he might the reason why zombies show up in the first place. since the scientist run some experiments on the lunar energy then shit happens the test went out of control.

i got concerns though, i finish up all the buildable items on the cottage and siren's mascot didn't show up did i miss something? (done with all lewd scene with the 3 ladies excluding the 4th lady)
