from the walktrough:

Either choice will impact the story forward in a small way. After picking your choice, speak with Professor Ann and she will give a task in finding her data stick. The data stick is in the hotel in Old Town, on the second floor to the right, retrieve the data stick.

i can't find the data stick. on the second floor where?

in the empty room? I clicked everywhere but found nothing, at one point a woman was heard screaming but nothing happened

When you enter the hotel go up the stairs and go east. Enter the room and on the table with the papers on it will be Ann's data.

Leslie chair scene opened after visiting wardrobe and changing Leslie's outfit, then i talk to leslie and it opened. However idk about foursome( i also do not opened it yet)
