Is just the four heavenly knights theme remixed, and a still image of Ilias holding a B-ball. Recall a other upload with some funny illustrations, but choose a more plain one to share here.
Hard mode has some extra encounters and scenes. If you find a battle in hard mode too difficult you can set down the difficulty after losing the battle for that battle.
I dont know where you got that file from but its certainly not in the OP archieve(or the original jap release for that matter).

I eased my rage with hex editor, cheat engine.
As I'm not pro with it, I can only change numbers where max values change, It was still easy enough to change the HP just by switching through 2 saves. The values updates during a first fight too. It may say life 490, but first attack you do against an opponent updates it. So instead of 490 life I now have 5490 hp, if I ever need more I will get more! Easy mode: ON
Just a pro tip if anyone else finds the gameplay tedious
