There could very well be some horror-ish elements in the future, but I despise jump scares so it's unlikely those will ever be in the game.

It was alright. Renders are good, but needs compression badly. Almost 3GBs for a demo (yeah this is a demo, not a v0.1. It's really short and only 300 renders). Imagine an actual release. If this is anything to go off of, next update is going to be around 6GB for a v0.2. You don't need 4k renders, especially since it is just HS. While it may sound nice, you have to take into account how big your game will be with images that size.
Story is okay. Everything happens way to fast though. MC has been gone for what? Over 10 years? But as soon as he walks through the door, Sam is trying to jump his bones already. And it's all forced by the way. You don't get any choice in the matter. The only choice you get is if you want Sam to jerk your cock off into her sister's mouth while she is sleeping. Like seriously what the fuck, already? It moves way too fast in that regard.
There's no build up, or backstory/flashbacks, nothing to give any attachment/emotion to the relationship these characters had. It's like they are all having a giggle of a time and I have no idea who they are. But it's all good, Sam is just going to make out with you and strip naked and then jerk you off into her sister's mouth while she sleeps. There needs to be build up. Something that will actually make us care about these characters.
Otherwise, it is okay. MC is kind of pervy for a disciplined military man who's been in a war all this time, but I guess that's just how these games are nowadays. Regardless of age or maturity, everyone is a pervy teen in the end. Probably not my cup of tea, as per the above stuff, but still wish you the best of luck with your project and thanks.

It's mistagged, likely planned but who knows if dev will even continue to work on this let alone when it would get pregnancy content.

Addressing a few concerns at once:
Incest:
The game is meant to go on Patreon, so there won't be an incest patch (from me). Not that it would be difficult to do.
The feature I left in to define the relationship between Sam and Lily allows you to play the game as "intended". Take that as you will.
4k:
I enjoy 4k content, make the game on a 4k monitor, and feel like the renders look like ass at 1080p, so I probably won't be spending too much time converting them to 1080p. There are already a bajillion games at 1080p, so I figured I'd be the change I wanted to see in the world. That being said, I can look into compressing them further to help with file size. I have decent internet and regularly download games on Steam that are like 100gb in this era of modern games being absurdly large, so I didn't think people would bat an eye at 2-3gb. Clearly, I was mistaken lol. (The very first post under the game is a majorly compressed version by MyPreciousCJ if you haven't seen it. I haven't tried it myself, but it certainly does decimate the file size.)
As for the UI, I tried to make everything look good at 4k but this is my first time working with 4k in Ren'Py, so I'm not surprised there are a few problems. I'll continue working on it, but there are a few issues I ran into that had me putting some of it off til later. (For example, the bar in the menu that intersects some of the text--I spent hours trying to find it, deleted every single asset in the GUI trying to get rid of that damn thing. Even with literally no art assets loading, it's still there. I'll have another go at it soon, maybe call an exterminator...)
Sexual content:
The genre tags I posted the game request with ended up being the tags for the game itself. I wasn't sure how that'd work when I made the request, but those were supposed to be the future tags. The current tags in the game would stop at handjob or maybe blowjob. As for the sexual content being too fast, I don't necessarily disagree it's a bit unrealistic, but I wanted to take a safer approach and include it in the release version as opposed to the game feeling too prudish. Things won't always move this fast once the plot kicks in. Let's just say it'll be a balancing act and I'll do my best. (Also, Sam was the perfect vehicle for quick sexual content since she may or may not be a teensy bit psycho.)
Missing school scene:
That was originally going to be in this release along with Casper, but I decided to rework a bit of it at the last minute (after I'd already selected all my upload screenshots.) It'll be in 0.2, which will hopefully be along in short order.
(If anyone's curious, I originally intended the game to have bad endings, so there was a QTE where someone would actually die if you failed. I decided it was a bit grim for so early in the story, especially given the light-hearted mood of the intro, so that was cut. They might make a return later, but it's not planned for now.)

This is what usually happens to games that go over 5gigs, things can start getting complicated then, unless you pay yourself for a proper hosting side. I'm pretty sure this was the main concern.
I believe another dev could not keep using itch for his game's host, because they do limit the size, which can be increased, but is apparently an extremely rare thing for very large games.
I already gave you a little something on itch, are you planning to get this on steam as well? This would pretty much solve the size issue for people willing to fork a bit of cash, and leave the size problems to those that are unwilling to pay for the game.
So erm, modders? Are you watching, there's an incest patch to be done here...

Not much I can do about the stuff you didn't like, and that's all good, can't please everyone etc., but would you mind elaborating on what you mean by this? I believe the only sexual deviancy (by the main character) you don't have the option to opt out of is Sam asking you to place her clothes on the sink in the bathroom and her forcing a kiss on you in the living room, where the MC actually makes a move to get her to stop. He even covered her up before that when she was exposed.
Sam basically is a sexual deviant, so that's in line with her character, but I intended the player to have the choice to be a total pervert or not, so I'm curious to know how I can better represent that.

As for Steam, well... I'd personally love to, but as the game is made with HS2 assets, it's probably not in the cards.

I believe Mega has an option for the host to pay so people can download without restrictions, but I could be wrong on that.
If you have your own server and a good connection, you can also host your files as torrents on your own machine as well. But depending on where you live, that could make your electricity bill noticeably higher.
I've also noticed you do not have the game dev tag, did you apply for it with the mods here?

There is really no choice to not be a pervert. It's all his inner thoughts. I mean, from the beginning he is already gawking at Sam constantly and flirting with her, and then talks about needing to get a hotel so he isn't walking around with a boner nonstop because he lives with girls. And the whole bathroom scene. He hasn't seen this girl for over 10 years, but is perfectly fine walking into her bathroom and staring at her taking a bath while she touches herself.
That is what I meant by the forced stuff though, how you're forced to make out with Sam. But I didn't see anything about the MC trying to get her to stop. From what I saw, he goes all in on it. Even his thoughts are all for it.
And Sam being a sexual deviant is not a good thing for most players. From what I've seen on these forums, most players don't want to be with a slut (Sam says she is a slut, and you are saying she is a sexual deviant). For me personally, that just not the kind of girl I want to be with (or have anything to do with). And since she is forced on you, it's just not going to be for me.
The game is fine otherwise, just not something I personally am fond of. Doesn't mean you need to change anything, as I'm sure there are plenty of others who enjoy what you've done here. It's just those little things that make the game not enjoyable for me personally is all. But yeah, as you said, can't please everyone lol.

Fair enough. That's not exactly how I meant him to come across, but it's probably on my writing skill more than anything. As for Sam being a slut, I agree that's not always an attractive quality, but I also tried to make it clear at the end of the breakfast scene she's pretty much only a slut for the MC since she's been crushing on (see: obsessed with) him for years. I figure it's important to clarify that.
Unrealistic? Sure, but I reckon you're right and most people don't want to play a game where one of the main girls has gotten around with every pole in town before the MC arrives. There's supposed to be a bit of wish fulfillment going on in these types of games, so with that in mind, Sam is as pure as the driven snow. Probably just spends a lot of time on the internet or something.

Had a little time and tried to adapt the screens.rpy and gui.rpy for the menu issues. Combined these files with the ones from a new 4k game and yours. Maybe it helps a bit.

Is this worth downloading now or is it better to wait few more updated? As rule number one for me I usually don't download initial release, due to too many disappointments, but this one don't look bad and the renders looks top notch... My biggest fear when I see good rendering now is usually the English translation is barely understandable.
There's about 1h of content give or take. Only a HJ/BJ for now sexy time wise. For a first release though, it's not bad at all.

Not getting the virus popup it just won't extract, both 7zip and unrar give similar error codes.

As the dev, I can't say much about whether or not you'll enjoy it or whether it's worth playing, but at the very least I'm comfortable saying my grasp of the English language is above that of a poor translation (or god forbid, a machine translation) if that's your main concern. There isn't a whole lot of content at the moment, so feel free to wait for more updates.
