Is there any way to unlock all scenes or if someone can share a save because I prefer to be able to reference scenes when I want while playing through the game.

There should be a way to unlock all the scenes with an Item called the "Another Memory" that you can from Memoria's Shop.
I think you only really need to finish the game to unlock it from what I remember.

Is there a guide on what the different weapons do? Or are they all the same, just different stats.

No guide but globally, apart from the stats, there's weapons with fire, ice, electricity or light.
I always use the light weapon.
There's a boy in the first floor of school you have to talk to. This was chapter 4 with -20 school rep, so I'm not sure what the requirements are.

You probably need a higher Lust cap. There are three levels of max Lust: 99, 199, and 999. When you reach the cap the first two times, you can trigger a scene at home that lets you raise the cap, and doing so unlocks more lewd scenes.
If you have done that and you are still stuck, you may need to progress the story a bit further.
