Does anybody else have an issue with the text running off the screen? The last few characters of every long sentence are unreadable
there were some fonts missing, a kind soul provided them a while back. Lemme see if I can find that post
Messing around with cheats and found out that there seems to be an unused map called "corrupted ward/hospital"

It's just an un-used map that never got purpose.....
Now if only a Modder would come along and make some improvements....
Many games have leftover unused assets and cut content if you poke around in them. It doesn't always mean anything and it's not always an improvement to put them back in. But exploring can be fun. If this topic interests you, you may like

RPG Maker is just an engine (well, a series of different engines from the same developer, which work similarly). It is bundled with a set of default graphics but there is no reason a developer can't make custom ones if they have the budget, though it's extremely difficult to break from the default dimensions of things like tiles.
However, not all of the graphics are custom here. Some are stock graphics and others might be custom but still follow the style of the default graphics bundled with the engine, and some like the game icon are just defaults. So your confusion is odd.

The dress does exist in the game in corruption ending
but that is tanned version
in this pic , she is not tanned
