I also did and I agree the story the Ghost that hunt the thoughts of The mc makes it more Alive game but Sadly the scenes of the blond girl run out of store and the guy with the white hair and the Motel and the girl who sleep in Carton board and the lady who stand in broken House and also the scene where is girl Pointing gun i did not see that last time i played the game

To change the censorship level (16, 18, 18+) without the support code:
- Activate the console (edit file: /renpy/common/00console.rpy and change "config.console = False" to True)
- After the Censorship selection screen, open the console with Shift + O
- Edit the variable: censorship_lvl (1 = 16, 2 = 18, 3 = 18+)

I've finally managed it, it IS possible to drop her panties without cheating.
You've got to masturbate before finding her, grab the gun, lower the gun, never touch her, talk to her, restore the light, during the shower clean her lower abdomen once, only use the nice options, do not clean her chest. That combination seems to work just fine, but you can not use the +submissive options, not even once, as every single points of happiness is needed.
I originally failed to realized that happiness/anxiety are a single and same value, meaning gaining happiness, lowers anxiety. I originally thought those two were two distinct values.

You can choose submissive options and still get that full scene. Here's her combo stat vars (FYI, they've always been this way):
Jessica stats that change to date:
- Alcoholism
- Happiness/Anxiety (combo)
- Initiative/Submissive (combo)
- Innocence/Corruption (combo)
- Progression
Really? How do you lower her anxiety enough then? Not choosing the submissive options was the only way I could be allowed to process further.

- The combo var scales are from -100 to 100 (not 0 to 100)
- The requirement (at the time the scene progression is checked, being after MC says "You want me to stop Jessica?”) is that her Anx/Hap scale is -60 or greater (greater meaning in the positive scale direction, not more negative)
- Some choices award BOTH Ini/Sub AND Anx/Hap, some only one or the other.

Playing blind, I think it's nearly impossible to do it properly. I've tried with rollbacks, but getting her submissive and relaxed enough, was just too difficult.
