Hmm possibly but I don't think betrayal or cheating would justify an "extremely dark theme" but who knows, this place is weird sometimes!
Well if it is simply plot as your gf cheated on u, u kicked her out ( minimaly) and now girls are just piece of dumb meat for u with only purpose in their life to be fucked in degrading way by mc, than i dont see problem with dark story...
Unfortunately i am afraid that it will not be a case here and mc is only loser cuck.

It gets old, it really does. MC's are either a total pushover, a bumbling horny idiot or a complete asshole.
Nothing really "Dark" about being cheating on, that happens to people everyday. Now if the MC becomes a serial killer because of it then that's something entirely different. The title doesn't hint at that, however, so my guess is the "Dark" element is that he's secretly a Democrat.
Just great, this was one of the things that annoyed me in Derealization. I hope this isn't a thing.
