Anyway, it seems they dropped image quality after the Perseus scene (which does use a lot of CG variations). Frankly speaking, I didn't notice any quality drop when I was working with CGs (again, I'm probably too blind and don't have a good enough monitor to notice subtle image changes).

I suspect it will be an Android-exclusive release, which probably would have close to zero chance of getting a translation.
In the best-case scenario of a PC release, it will probably take years for Jast to acquire a license and translate the game.

There's a possibility of modding in the English translation from WWX Edition, but it'll heavily depend on the technical state of the game and potential story rewrites. I can't promise anything for now, but I'll try to at least look at it.

I'm pretty sure DMM uses some kind of Android emulation for their PC games. WWX didn't have any native PC app.

I will be glad to be wrong in my assumptions.
I think the major thing that confuses me is the lack of noticeable changes to the mobile UI. I would expect an updated UI if they bring it to PC.

To be perfectly honest. I don't see why a mobile port would take so long. Since the things they've changed so far seems to be minor. Can't be certain for sure, but I wonder if the sole guy is porting it to System.

I'd bet it's that one dude who singlehandedly developed WWX gacha for years. If they were stingy enough not to pay for a proper team to support a live money-making machine, it's unlikely they hired extra personnel for a port.

WWX itself is a Gacha game: The Mod simply adds the Events of that game to GOLD so that you can see them at your leisure that's all. You can still play GOLD normally and see WWX's Events.

If I want the full experience of both Gold and then WWX, would I have to make 2 separate installs then?
One of Gold + 1.01 Patch + Seiso patch and the other one of Winkel's Gold WWX 1.5.0.3?

Or would I just need to download Winkel's Gold WWX 1.5.0.3 and I'm good to go? Because I don't want to play WWX without Gold but I still want to be able to play and see the scenes of both. There's a lot going on to keep track haha

WWX content is unlocked by the event in your capital. Until you clear it, you playing an equivalent of patched ES Gold.
Mechanically speaking, first WWX event unlocks maximum action points, so, if you care about that stuff, you want to wait till you unlock action points naturally by progressing Gold story.
Also, get a micro patch from previous page of this thread, it fixes one minor issue.

Another Update. Here is Google Translate:

Basically, it's Gacha but offline. If you get the same character, you get a 10 Level boost for that character! Apparently, WWX has a Leveling system instead of the Troop improvement system we're used to here. I didn't play the Gacha myself but that's new to me!

Hmm, it keeps getting better. I detest gacha so it's nice to see that they managed to implement it in a natural? way. I wonder how this will work with a previous screenshot they showed - about you being able to buy heroes? Perhaps it was changed

Regardless, I was kinda expecting a bigger update for the new years. I am reasonably confident that this is a full PC Port since all of the changes they've seem to have made so far would be rather trivial to do on a mobile re-release - same engine and all. This much time and effort seems to be indicative of a straight up port.

There was some talk on 2ch about Oyari himself being the one programming - somebody wrote a full analysis on that. It would be funny if he was somehow juggling both that and Machine Child. I can kinda see the simmilarities in UI design there has to be some overlap. Wonder why MC is not going to be published by Tenco considering it's basically littlewitch.
