Seems whoever updated it, did not include it with the new version.

You mean "pirated" version. There isn't one. I just gave you the links to where you can get it. If there was a "free" link to it, after a year of it being completed, it would have already been added to OP by now. So you have 2 choices:

1. Buy the Mac version from one of the three links I gave you.
2. Play the version that's on here in Wine or VM.

I managed to run this game through Lutris however the animations do not loop. Other than that, the game works just fine. Is there a fix to this or nah?

Unfortunately I do not know of a fix or workaround for videos on Lutris.

Any reason why fishing never works? I mean I'm on day 32 and even reloading up to 15 times and fishing, multiple days, and never anything but the "*yawn*....maybe i was more tired than i thought..." I did have a normal playthrough where fishing wasn't working, but i cheated like hell that playthrough and no lie, i actually wanted to enjoy the challenge of the management (this is a legit game in that sense) and now fishing doesn't work at all.

It depends on what you're fishing for. Some of the items for the facilities at the manor can be found in several locations: the lake, general store and in the attic - usually after you've renovated one of the facilities first. The other item, which is part of the MC's event (Cracking the Case) unlocks a "special item" at the lake which you need for the cave. But there are requirements to get it. If you look at my quick guide linked in OP, it will show you what items (for the manor) are available at what location. You'll also see the requirements to get the "special item".

So i was looking at the guide because all my guests stuck at lvl.2 and no guest is using the massage parlor, and found out that you really miss a lot of stuff playing the story mode. Is this also the reason why my guests stuck at lvl2, because i play the story mode?

i play the story mode, because i started this game before it was finished multiple times and grinded my ass of and now i only wanted to enjoy it. After finding out, story mode is missing a lot of stuff and my play doesent move forward I'm really about to scrap it for good.

The massage parlor is a level 3 facility. If you hover over the icons above each of the facilities, it will tell you what levels they are.

I am not Sycho but the answers are, I am certain, "Yes" and "yes but no". The latter because he can as in "is physically able to do so", however he won't since he works for the dev team.
