No, it's from the game, though it's just a fantasy in the MC's head. You see it in Chapter 4 Part 2 on the morning of 6/15. The catch is the MC won't be... pent up if he spent the night with Hana, so you either need to flub the date or just not be on Hana's path in the first place to see the MC's choice of mental spank material.
Personally, the one-two punch of turning down Hana and sitting through an imaginary scene with Grace was *almost* enough to make give up on Veronica. Almost. But anyway, that's how you get it.
Then you might are right. For now it seems to me that the game doesn't goes in that way, but maybe this is due to the choices I have made.
