Well, technically it is their game and they can do whatever they want with it. And please remember, this game carters all audiences. So, content like this is inevitable, and as Xo Mo said, "Do not take anything seriously". People these days are triggered by their own face in mirror.

The purpose of this forum is to share constructive criticism or share your sentiments, but bombarding the devs with the BS without paying them on Patreon is cheap.

Not to mention that this game and the devs are a million times better than the garbage games and garbage devs present on this site.

What are you even talking about. This post is all over the place.
I am not "bombarding" the dev. I am replying to his posts, and dev made more posts on this subject then me.

The dev is incorrectly claiming that NTR and sharing is completely avoidable. They contain explicit sharing, implied NTR of MC, and explicit NTR of a bro / beloved cultural icon (santa claus).
And those events are unavoidable.

The xmas events are a spite project against NTR haters.
Dev argues that having such a spite project in the game is justified because NTR haters bullied them.
I am here gently giving constructive criticism on why it is a bad idea to make sure a spite project.
It is pointless, making things less fun for the actual fans, and does not even hit the intended target.

As for not taking everything seriously... that is a great advice that the dev should take. Be less serious and drop the spite project.

The Christmas events are non-canon. They are not real in the world of LTA. They are simply a bit of non-contextual fun. Pure imagination...

If you can't take a simple political joke, lighten up. If you don't like NTR, then it is avoidable. The Xmas events have nothing to do with the main game or main story.

Considering what LTA has done with the Nuns in the church, Santa is just another myth to fool around with. It's meant to be FUN! Take it or leave it. If you get offended, perhaps you should examine your own morality.

Whatever you find offensive another person delights in. I hate anything anal, butt... there's plenty of it in LTA. I hate smoking, but... Eddie smokes almost constantly in the game. I don't let it get under my skin as much as the non-canon SANTA scenes seem to have with you.

Santa Claus as we know him today was invented by Coca Cola as a mascot to promote their cocaine laced sugar drink. The narcotic properties of cocaine were eventually removed, but the whole mythology around him is pure fiction, fantasy for children. LTA is not for children. Yes, those myths and traditions are treasured by millions. Not by me or Jamleng, though.

We see Santa the same as Ronald McDonald, the Trix Rabbit, the Honey Nut Cheerios Bee, Tony the Tiger, Mickey Mouse, etc... A completely made-up character to fuck around with in our game. As long as no one claims copyright on them.

Constructive criticism means you are doing your best to be helpful. Advising us of issues with code, renders, consistency, etc.

However, the holiday events are all non-canon JOKES simply for the JOKE. Yes, in the first Santa event, some things happen that conflict with the newer Santa event. It doesn't matter. Let it go.

This is me being polite but firm.
I do not have any interest in getting negative or being an asshole. There are more than enough of those in the zone. I truly, honestly wish everyone a hilarious and joyous day.

Do you guys plan to continue being game developers or have plans for your next game after LTA?

Would love more content form you guys. This game has been more than solid so far.

1. literally nothing in the game says this is non canon. there is no "this was all just a dream". This post right now here in the F95 forum is the only place where there is even mention of it being non canon.

2. So what? Even if it is non canon, it is still in the game and it happens. In the harem path, you are forced to watch a sharing and NTR scenes. Even if it did say "it was all just a dream" later (which it does NOT, but even if it did) that would not change the fact that there is unavoidable sharing and unavoidable NTR.

And I am being helpful. I am helpfully explaining to you why you are not punching the people you are aiming to punch.
And suggesting you correct it.

For example. I suggest that you:
A. explicitly say that the xmas event is non canon in the game itself. "it was all just a dream". instead of the current state.

B. limit those xmas events to the dark path and/or warn the player about their content and allow them to opt out.

Soooooooo....how close is the game to being done by now? Last version I've played was like 0.12 or something like that, had an absolute blast. Now I'm starting to wonder how long I'll have to wait to enjoy the thing in it's entirety.

I need a little help plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz..

In dark path some girls can be sold including Tanya in events.. Will the girls come back later? Or they vanish forever? plzzz help as I can't progress further without knowing that..

default persistent.pname = "Jack" was added to prevent a small bug for people using this without playing the game and the name getting set as "None".
For those that would prefer to enter a different name just start a new game and play up until the point when you can name the Main Character.

Alternatively this code would capture the current player's name after they loaded a save

How do we change our replay name in the gallery with new versions? Is the 0.11 all we need or can we alter an rpy file that the game already has?

I've just finished the prologue and met Rose again and i have 2 questions: can i get her tf outta that place? and how will i know if i'm on dark path or not? is there like some indicator for it or nah? (sorry if dumb questions, just thought i'd ask before going all in)
