The talent tree isn't very intuitive at all. I'm not sure where to spend points to get some later down the road skills.

i have a question i used to play the game since very early stage and ive made a male as player i used to play the pirated version of the game till recently i´ve bought the game because i truly love the work and effort that has been put into it and so i decided to buy it but now suddenly my male player turned into a female and i cannot find a way to fix it i would kindly ask for any help thanks ahead and keep up the amazing work

You can always reset talents - I believe there are no downsides and no cost attached to it.
As for talents in the tree - each layer has a level and total talents spent in a tree requirement.
Try editting "C:\Users\[User]\AppData\LocalLow\Skyflare Studios\Solas City Heroes"
I just tested, swapping "ismale" in the first line from false to true worked, changing face and certain parts of body shape. Other parts were not changed (e.g. he had boobs) but further digging in that file and using the in-game editor should get you what you you want.

It seems you had disable the Mayhem Mode inhibitor, this will make the highlighted stage becomes slightly harder with the extra enemies from Vi's funhouse randomly spawn into the stage, provide additional challenge to your run. So long as you keep playing without Quit back to HQ, the highlight stages will stay in effect.

Does anyone know what the heck this Icon is?
I was in a sex fight with Mastermind when it appeared and I saw it appear a few times during my fight with Mastermind, but I can't figure out what it is. I can't find any Talents that match the icon and I don't have any way to hover of the icon to see what it is.
It isn't a major deal, but it just bugs me that I have these mysterious icons appear and disappear and it doesn't tell me what the heck itis.

IIRC it means your arousal will increase faster because of your char's weaknesses
Because no one answered my question: The bug with Threesome is still not fixed. After Orgasm of any actor the position get random changed. Big disappointment for me and i paid for that !
There are two settings, that I can think of, that can cause that to happen.
One of them is the enemies won't let go option, if you enable that, enemies will keep having sex no matter who orgasms, until the enemy (or enemies) run out of health or your character reaches 100% exhaustion. I can't remember if this setting allows enemies to change positions, but I think it does allow them to.
There is another option that will allow enemies to switch to another position after your character orgasms, as long as the enemy has NOT orgasmed. I can't remember the name of it off hand, but read the descriptions for the sex options, turning that off should prevent enemies from switching to one of their preferred positions.
There's something odd happening where people keep putting leg restraints on my Guardian even though I've turned them off in the settings.
It has led to quasi-game overs twice now because I had no way of fighting back (beyond hoping a special attack would break either arm or leg restraints).
I quite like having her run around kicking people in handcuffs but gags that prevent consuming health pickups and being unable to kick are a little less fun to me.
Anyone had that happen? Is there a fix?

I can't say that I have had that happen to me when I was playing the game (1.0.3).
The only thing I can think of is the fact that there are 2 sets of bondage gear.
There is the normal leather gear and if you scroll down on that section there is a separate set of Cyber bondage gear, that has a lot of the same bondage items, just in a 'SciFi' style.
So, if you disabled the 'normal' bondage gear, but not the corresponding item of Cyber bondage gear, you character could still end up with bound legs and wrists, just one part being leather and the other as cyber bondage gear.
