Hello everyone, I have currently finished 427 renders, I can say the daily quests are done. Today, I plan to do 6-7 more renders, and then the quests will be completely finished. After that, I can focus on navigation renders and scripts. I can say it became a much longer update than planned, but it was important for the game to have a solid foundation.I hope to be able to finish this by mid-April, but there is still a lot to be done.We've started designing the city on other side. I'm planning to create a city environment that connects everything together. And I'm thinking of adding characters you can interact with later on.Again thank you for your support. I hope it will be an update that everyone will like.Take care until my next update!

The husband is completely useless, Zoey and Valeria are handling orders and cooking food together. Cleaning up shit is a correct term but you will see

no problem sandbox part will be skippable, in short. it will be a 1-2 minute grind at most depends on how fast you press "skip" button, you'll see what i mean

I plan to publish in 15 days. We're fixing some programming and script issues and polishing the game. Most things are finished.

Episode 1 Chapter 1 - v0.2.1

Hello everyone, After 2.5 months of work, I have completed Chapter 1, Episode 1. Thank you for your patience. First, I would like to write about what we have brought in this update.

What's new;

Win/Linux
1) Includes ~500 new pictures and 3 animations
2) 2 Story Quest Added
3) 6 Daily Quest Added
3) 2 New locations Added - School and Restaurant
4) 16 Secret pictures Added
5) 4 New characters Added
6) Tutorials Added
7) Corruption /Restaurant reputation/ Money mechanics are now fully functional!
8) PNG to .webp transition completed. (That means the game file will take less space)

Android/Web
1) Added buttons for each room, making navigation much easier.
2) Hidden pictures will automatically be unlocked when entering a new room.

Missing things / Known problems
1) Not all voiceovers are complete, especially for Valeria. (The game will be fully voiced when I hire a voice actress.)
2) The animation speed transitions are not very good. We will try to fix them for the next update.
3) Character descriptions will be added to the game.
4) New languages will be added to the game
5) This version uses an updated version of Ren'Py compared to the previous release. Users loading from an earlier save may encounter a message saying their save was created from a different device; you may press Yes and safely proceed with the game.
6) The sound will be quite low for users who have played the game before. There are two ways to fix this:
-Manually adjust the volume in the audio settings
-Delete "persistent" file in both location. This will reset all settings to factory defaults (the ones we set)
"C:\Users<yourusername>\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\The Restaurant" remove persistent
"The Restaurant\game\save" removes persistent

Improvements
-The lag issue on some PCs has been resolved by updating Ren'Py
-A few minor bug fixes
-Several typo fixes

grind is very minimal and there's nothing locked in current update, In the future, there won't be things that are too complicated and burdensome for the player so dont worry about it. give it a try .Thank you for kind words about my renders too I am thinking of making a story-focused game rather than grindfest.
