*gave -plenty- of warning!* :)

As a writer I was actually rather pleased that Annie obvs charmed you so much that you forgot that the very -previous- scene your MC tells you that Chris will be visiting! Yet you still went ahead anyway! :)
Alcohol can make morons of even the smartest of us! I don't believe in this "foreshadow" thing that writers mention anytime they want to play with our achy breaky heart :( It's not as if having multiple scenes and lines telling how bad an idea this is should actually make it a bad idea! If humanity followed this trend, we would never have reached the moon. I'm an adventurer, I only aimed for Annie's the moon!

like you're one to talk....

People are bastard coated bastards with bastard filling
Immortal words from our beloved Dr. C.
never trust a dev that would make Chris enter a room right at the moment where Annie is getting busy! Yeah, I'm still blueballed...
That's Nottriarty for you. On a path to world domination through the blueing of everyone's balls. Soon we will all be eating out of her hand and we won't even know it!
(But seriously though I think it was a great pace setter. Cant give away the goods too easily or they lose value! Some teasing before the main course is great for the appetite.)

"Soon"? Buddy, you're 6 months too late, we're already dancing to the beat of her puppetmistress' fingers' strings!

*curtsies*

Also it sets up a totes different branch of storyline. Anyone thinking that was just a "bad end" could end up missing out on some rather fun stuff...

Did you know that according to antropologists, the reason humanity evolved from monkeys was due to the consumption of fermented fruits? staying on trees didn't seem that safe when drunk... maybe getting annie in trouble is the way to have fun with annie and Sarah....

Oh! Quick question!

I'm not going to play with the combat mechanics that much *isn't much of a coder and has something that works!* but given that losing does gain different content should I add some sort of "feeble" attack? Something you can choose to reduce your chances of hitting?
Already been answered, but I agree with others that taunt or something similar should be in there, but not that we should be intentionally losing though eh?
are you really confused or are you Thea?
If I was confused, how would I know if I'm Thea?

Obvs neither of these gents are romance options for a male MC and, understandably, they probs haven't really been the focus of you guys attention. But, I'm curious, what do you think of them?

I'm partially asking from a writers perspective as obvs it's easier for me to write gals than boys, but also curious generally.
I don't trust either of them.
Marcus seems to be single-minded in his quest for food colouring, what's really in that radioactive container?
Mike is just an idiot, or his he?
Well Marcus is happily married of course so I don't think he'll be on a waifu hunt. Mike tho...Not sure I approved of this sort of behaviour from him!
I think your idea of happily married is very different from mine! I don't think he's on a waifu hunt, but not because he isn't getting any with Trisha I think he's got an LGM stashed away, the dirty prevert!

Although given his options, it's not hard to blame him I suppose!
It's a nice arse to look at, but if he does it again, we'll be having words!
Well, there is a little Notty is all of us! ...wait, that came out wrong.
Let me try again, 'Aren't we all a little Notty?'
...um, Notty is as Notty does?
I forgot where I was going with this...
Notty is subverting us all slowly on her quest for world domination. It's easy to get confused.
Well winning certainly puts them in ....

Hey, he got the lights working again!

Well, for a bit...
I still don't trust him, we were talking about what needed to be done, yet he still flicked the switch; who told him he had to delay my investigations?
He always does it at that time of day. I heard him say it! :)
All lies! Who is he working for really?

Thea is dead. I saw it on the news!
We've been through this our dear Notty; you shouldn't beleive everything you see on the news!
People... Mike is actually a LGM in disguise, at the moment he switches the lights off, the other LGMs steal batteries from the station, but this time the tief was stuck in the spider cave

like you're one to talk....
It's nuclear, the batteries are useless ;) But that begs the question, why is nuclear needed and why is it disguised? What is really going on? Is there a secret second base that is drawing all the power away from this "fake base"

It can't all taste like rock, surely.:)

Someone has to do the cooking over there. I hope it's not Marcus (yikes), or Kelly (for Chris' sake) or Mike (his competence seems to be a bit too specialised).
This is a futuristic space station, do you really think that someone has to prepare food; it'll all be prepared by some super high-tech machine!

(this was of course on top of all of the other warnings/reminders that Chapter!)
Some times, it can be fun to have someone watch... ;)
She has so far! I just write what the girls tell me to. *has no control over them*
A lot of my writing works like that, I just give them the situation, and the characters react to it, like an RPG.
Did you know that according to antropologists, the reason humanity evolved from monkeys was due to the consumption of fermented fruits? staying on trees didn't seem that safe when drunk... maybe getting annie in trouble is the way to have fun with annie and Sarah....
Well, that and cooked meat.
There are so many strings that the chances of cutting loose are next to nil. :)
Why does that remind me of something creepy? I guess I will just crawl over here.
