Can you get all of them complete naked on fancy dinner or only underwear ?

The saves are located in your OS user appdata, so just downloading a new version should allow you load any older version saves as well. Unless the dev for whatever reason chooses to change the location the game retrieves saved games, there's no need to fiddle with them.

And if you're wondering about how to use the camera attachement, then after picking it up, you can "Select" a camera from your inventory (open with mouse right-click) and in each of the women's rooms, and bathrooms you can place a spycamera.

You shouldnt lose any saved progress, your saves should remain intact.
As for using the item that you found, I think you dont have to do anything else. Just simply place the cameras. Select them in your inventory, and then go to the marked area (orange dome shape) and place them. You will see a "place camera" tooltip when you are near.

I think just deleting the patch from the save folder should revert to the original version.

The seeder events only happen every 100 units of cum deposited. Right now it's still quite early build, so the dev doesn't let players reach more than there is content. That way when the new version hits and the new version has a GAIA llevel 400 event, you won't be soft-locked out of it because you already are over 400.
So basically, the 350 cap right now is just to prevent from saves breaking with newer version.

This game is very similar in a lot of ways; Fully 3d game, 1st person free roaming, in space setting, building up relationship with girls, some customization, items, clothing, some light building mechanic, many places to explore, a lot of animations and lot of fetishes... The scenes for fancy dinner should be:

• Adrianna on the floor blowjob
• Nat and Kat double handjob with condom
• Nat and Kat double handjob without condom
• Watching Nat and Kat doing the deed after standing up with Adrianna (instead of staying down) [forgot this one, thanks for reminding]

And by my calculations, you can't get everyone naked with blackjack, not yet at least. There's enough rounds to get two people fully naked, but not enough for even just three.

There is also another scene if you get up after Adrianna falls on you if you have high enough love with all the girls. It is technically possible for everyone to get fully naked but the odds of that happening are extremely small so I would not recommend replaying that part over and over just to try and get that.
