I don't know if he would share his methods but he is just great. Almost every pic has a meaning and a distinctive vibe that adds to the storytelling and also lets the player know who's behind it. Sometimes is the lighting, sometime the poses or the camera angle, or the blurry effects, sometimes the facial expressions (he is the best at this, I think), but there's always something, an artist's touch.Mortze This is a masterpiece!
What can I give you so you would make a video of your screen while you work on a Daz scene?
I want to learn your way so much!

In my opinion, the biggest thing that many DAZ artists get wrong but that Mortze does so well is facial expressions. When he first approached me about being my artist (before Dreaming with Elsa) I asked him to send me an image of an attractive lady. When he sent me Elsa instead of a typical beachball breasted Daz bimbo, I took notice. Then I asked him to give her 3 different emotions, and what he sent floored me.
Artists should spend a ton of time staring at pictures of people's faces and taking notes about what happens physically/mechanically in different emotional states. "She's annoyed and her eyebrows did this, and her mouth is doing that, and her eyes are this much open," etc. If you bought a Daz expression pack and are using it, then your game is going to look like everyone else's. Faces are subtle, and we as humans key into that subtly. Expression packs aren't subtle at all.
Mortze is a master of this. He's great at 50 other visual techniques, but the faces are the most important one.

The crashes seem to be related with memory problem.
It's a RenPy issue that has something to do with graphic cards incompatibilities. It's not clear.
Bottomline, it's a software/hardware thing, not code.
Memory or Graghic... Not a memory, I am sure ....well.. never had such issues with renpy.. strange

Well, where to begin. THIS WAS FUCKING AWESOME!!!
Being a SW fan myself, I found this story to fit perfectly into it's universe (besides mentioning known places and characters)
The characters are likable (good and bad), with clear motivations.
The women... exquisite, Mortze style!
Render quality is so amazing!!
I love already the three main ones. (and playing each of their paths separately)
Also, not having read the patreon post or this thread one before actually playing the game, it was so nice to see Tlaero in the credits!

You can fix that, its happened to other games before. Reduce the image cache size, thats what fixed the issue in Being a DIK. Went from 1GB to 300MB and the crashes stopped. It plays fine for a while, but when you go through enough images it freezes and crashes.
