Does hard-coded limitation "you can't have more slaves than slavers" still present and insuperable? Any way to disable it, cheats, maybe? It breaks game completely at some points (

This is a problem with the most recent version of RAGS. Download the older version that the game recommends, and you won't have this issue. The game loads faster on the more recent version, but that comes at the expense of a bunch of stuff being straight up broken.

Eeeyup... Just like when you technically have a 100% chance on a shot in x-com but still miss
rng makes me more of a masochist each day;;For that reason though I now like grabbing Viscera as a second in command unique slaver, especially on weaker charas, since he can't be removed.
I messed up too when I first played. The best way I found was to save only at the beginning of a day. Make sure that the continue button is not red and nothing is up in the top right corner.

If you have Secretly Submissive as a trait for your leader, there are a number of opportunities to be dominated. Many assignments have special text available for one playing a submissive role. You can also be dominated by other slavers in forced encounters if you aren't running your camp well. None of these things are restricted to any gender, so context will determine whether or not they fall into the femdom category.
So I've been playing this game for a while now and it's a mixed bag. It's a skeleton of a great game, but there's just not much meat on these bones. The basic mechanics are well developed imo. You send slavers on assignments, get gold/cash/slaves. You train the slaves, sell them, you buy improvements for you settlement, get more slavers, slaves, and so on. There's a wide variety of assignments, but this is where the problems start. With a few exceptions, you get very basic descriptions of what happens on a mission, even if you go yourself. I was hoping that if I send my character on missions, I'd get to make some choices that would affect the result of the mission and I hoped to see more detailed scenes, but that's rarely the case. Usually it's a random dice roll that decides the outcome, the the description you get is vague at best.
There's so much possibility for giving options to the players, it seems a massive missed opportunity to not have them. Pretty much every time I do a mission with my switch character, I have a bunch of ideas about how it could be made more interesting. When you play a game you want to be involved. You want choices and you want those choices to have consequences.
Right now this game is basically an rng text generator. The game has huge potential, but right now it's a big disappointment. No story, no main quest, and there are barely any choices you can make during scenes.

First is Retribution for Arrogance, how do i get Lara Dawnspire? I send a bunch of corrupter or those with booty snatcher to no avail. Is the chance to get her random?
Second is about Wayward Temptations, must i have slaver with Anointed One to be able to recruit Kaara de Sindero Oscuro?
Third is new assignment When Week’s End Comes. Would anyone be so kind as to explain its mechanic to me? I don't get it at all.
The Last is new assignments in the City of Aversol:
A rare one locked behind selling your first Slave Princess with some truly powerful enchanted items available. Also includes the first possibility for a male>sissy transformation that can also happen to your character.
A rare one with patron provided commissioned art with the potential for two different unique slaves. Both of which include new aspects and their own lore pages.
Is it private passage?

1) Yeah, it's random. 10% per slaver with booty snatcher, and you need a critical success too. Apparently you have +70% chance if you unlocked Arrogance Subjugated, a new assignment in the Mountains you unlock by critting Treachery Most Foul, choosing to disrupt the ritual, with a slaver (or yourself) who knows Magic: Corruption.
2) Yeah, Anointed One is the necessary Aspect. It's probably the hardest condition to get, since that's a rare Corruption you have a small chance to get with Debauched Exaltation.
3) You can only send each slaver once on WWEC, unless they know Illusion, because the cheerleaders remember them. Then, there is a chance the slaver is rejected as the substitute cheerleader, so they have better odds if they are female, know how to dance, and are attractive. If the slaver is accepted, the assignment happens normally, with two archetypes of characters available on a success (city elf, who can be a sissy, and cum-addicted northerner) and three on a critical (wastelander, kreen and Fallen demi-angel). All cheerleaders have buffs for working together.
4) The one about Slave Princesses is Share the Wealth. Can only do it once per slaver. You get new magic traits on a crit, on a disaster the character gets sissy/bimbo.
The one with two different uniques is Private Passage. You need to capture a generic former student and use them on the assignment, then when you crit you get a demi-angel virgin unique. Then when you use her on the assignment next time, if you crit you get her draki girlfriend as a unique.

it's a new assignment in the dreadsea coast. Just scouts and it will pop up in no time.
As soon as you sell a Slave Princess quality slave by an auction or opportunity assignment (not Whoremakers), it's automatically unlocked and it should appear normally by scouting the City. Mind you, the City has a lot of Rare assignments so it may take a while until it shows up.
