i think i might have missed a torch since i need 8 to progress

maybe you have a look at the Walkthrough and go to all the torch locations one-by-one again
to find the missing

Easy to make your own, I do it each update. Just take the pc update and replace/add the relevant files.

You must be bugged. That chest is in the church and many of us had no problem opening it after creating the key
