For anyone who's still undecided about this amazing game, it really does earn that <romance> tag. The love story between MC and Carol is so organic and compelling.
I like that MC is acting like an actual adult, and it's Carol that is being the horny teen doing the creeping and sleep fondling. It allows us, the player, to feel how much Carol desires MC and that feeling of being desired is fantastic.
At every step, MC waits for Carol to instigate, but takes over control once he's got the green light to proceed. Above all else, he makes sure she's safe and comfortable which adds a very exciting element to the sex scenes when they arrive.
And the renders are fantastic. When Carol is standing there, naked for the first time, and that thread of wetness is hanging from her pussy...
Now with Naomi in the apartment, we can expect more sexy shenanigans, a MFF (poly?) relationship, and possibly the start of a small harem because let's face it, a zombie apocalypse is the perfect setting for a harem game.

I will always come from a position of defending the value of my Patrons. Which means I won't actively give away content until it's free. I also won't be a dick and put stupid "exclusive codes" to keep content from anyone playing the game. If it gets into the hands of a Patron and they share this content, well that's the nature of the internet and I take that to mean people like my stuff and want other people to enjoy it. I just won't do it myself, so if it gets leaked and a mod updates the topic, that's on the staff. Also, enjoy!
Look, I know how the game is played. I've been a part of the community for a while. I know that getting a game on here can lead to growing Now & Then's gamerbase. So, if future builds don't get leaked early, I will always post them the second they become public.

There's maybe one jump scare (I don't even think it's all that scary). The bulk of the horror is from dead bodies, infected humans, people being killed, and an atmosphere like a zombie movie/book.
Yeah, I've once been asked the same question six times in a row. I felt this really encapsulated how some conversations really are fucking pointless, because they're just gonna want a Yes no matter what.
With this i do hope that you as creator or in general, economically speaking, start to grow in a manner that you feel comfortable with your work.

Will we ever have to choose whether or not a love interest lives or dies?
Because that is a deal breaker for me and I wanted to know before I got too into your game. I'm only asking because another zombie game on this site did that and I had to drop it. It only really upsets me if the player has to choose. If the character dies because of a lack of points towards them or because of story reasons, it still sucks but I can deal with that. I'm just not okay with the player having to decide to let someone die. It's also why I hate the game Acting Lessons and have no interest in playing it ever again.
Anyway, your game looks great and judging by the comments it is very well written. I'm looking forward to playing it.

Let me see if I can answer this in a way that won't spoil anything. I won't be pulling an Acting Lessons where you have to choose someone to die between two people.

Thanks for this. It makes me glad when people see the little moments that I try to insert. I feel like those always make the interactions more real. Trying to find the balance between Jack and Carol in their relationship took some delicate work. And a hell of a lot of rewrites. I probably tossed pages of script that didn't work exactly right for what I wanted to convey.

I realy appreciate the work you put in your Walkthroughs and Mods but for me the new mod broke my saves from v0.05 that were made with the old mod version.

The dev added some things to earlier in the game that are in the change log, but my mode should have done nothing to break your previous saves, in fact my mod was done with the v0.06.0 of the game. I tested both my old save on it and a new one from the beginning, they both worked, do you have a rollback screen shot you can send me? Apart from that everything should be fine, and you are the first such report I've heard of this. The only modification I did to ANY of the code was to add green highlights and I have an extra love point in v0.06.0 so those who did not get the love point at the end of 0.05.0 would have it. There's really no way that it's my mod because I didn't a alter anything that would break a save.
