Rayne Dryaz is only used like, 2-3 times in the entire story as far as I can tell, and if you're skimming some of the longer parts like I was it can be really annoying to find, especially when the writing feels so drawn out. My suggestions for there at least is highlight the real name, or put it around a bit more, or add a clue in the train itself so we know that it's the name that needs to be used.
Firstly, thanks for the feedback, greatly appreciated. I hope you've generally enjoyed the game and thank you for playing it.

With regards to your comment, it had occurred to me after I released the update that there were a few points in the newer content that could be made a little easier on the player, I've already a few ideas to implement and am aiming to get a fix up over the weekend.

I've uploaded a new version (0.72a) with a few amendments here and there to allow for easier progression, well, in theory anyways.

I still feel like this game are wrongly marketised. :)
Game has intrigue and style but description doesn't.
Description like 'Rayne Falls is a grind-free CYOA with a branching story and a heavy focus on narrative. The game is played, or rather narrated, almost entirely from a first person perspective.' may be implemented to very different games. It's feel like there need to be more unique description.

This is one of those games that I can tell is very well made and a lot of effort was put into, but it simply isn't for me. It's got style and it definitely sticks to its aesthetic, but it's not an aesthetic I particularly enjoy. Furthermore I found the plot extremely hard to follow, due to the enormous amounts of text (that I didn't particularly enjoy reading), but I assume that if you're the kind of guy that is into these themes you might find the story more enjoyable to read and therefore easier to follow. It's a niche game for sure, so it's not bound to be very popular, but as far as execution goes I think it's very well done. Good job and good luck dev!

I'm trying this game now. I fucking love female-centered CYOA games.
But I hate it when protagonist is constantly talking to you, not letting you to be the character. Constantly breaking the 4th wall (something which is good for some games and endings as easter egg mostly) is putting me off too. It is disappointing, I feel like great a potential ruined. But it is author's vision and I respect that. It is somewhat original I admit, but not my piece of cake.

I tried the game for 3-4 hours, I can say i love the game so far but the riddles are something that might turn a lot of people off if people don;t want to spend extra few minutes to try and guess some riddle that they might not know especially if english is their second language... My opinion is some extra hint or guide or easy mode for the game might help for people who just want to read the texts only instead of breaking their brain to figure out the riddles. A detailed walkthrough will also be deeply appreciated.
