Keep in mind it is a LOOOOOOON time ago I actually played so might be wrong but from what I do remember:

So a no sexual experience is impossible, because when we meet the bandit, he'll give you a bukkake no matter what, so that kinda sucks.

Not sure what bandit you are talking about due to it being so long ago?, but don't seem to remember there being anything sexual that seemed forced, and there is at least one ended that require virgin at least (and interestingly enough being penetrated by a slim does not actually take away virginity even, though there is certainly no forced slime penetrations), so a virgin run at least are possible (do have to be a bit careful in some parts to do that successfully though)

Can we take her clothes off? (exhibitionism) by meeting some requirement?

well in the memory room at least you can take off clothes completely , but outside of that at least in general, from a quick looking around at my right before ending save, the best you can do is wearing just a micro-bikini, in the general world at least, trying to go complete nude gives the "can't strip down here" dialog and she takes cloths back on. though the fact that there is a technical possibly I dunno know or remember if there might be certain places or times in story that might allow it

What I mean is the bandit on the mountain (after the bear that either licks you or you give honey) the one who steals the painting and cums on you after forcing your panties down. So I'm guessing we're forced to have at least 1 bukkake.

I have a question what does naughty, and lust do, and what is the max?

As far as I can tell from what I've played and from searching the game files, naughty (or "Norty") does literally nothing. Lust goes up when you have sex and you need a certain amount to qualify for or unlock certain scenes and jobs, such as prostitution. I don't think either has a maximum, but I think you need 60 lust to get all scenes.

According to the game help, if you complete the game you can unlock all scenes in the recollection room.

Not sure about dropping from anything, but you can buy it in Bermon (the bandit town). There are also a few chests that contain it, which is the closest thing this game has to a trap chest.

No chart but they shouldn't be that hard to figure out. The magic stat for new spells is "M.Attack" or "MAT".
