I quite dislike both vore, hard vore, and cannibalism. If they can't be avoided, I'm sure I'm not interested in the game.

On the other hand, I have no idea what guro means. But seeing the above, I may not like it either. However, what exactly is it?

As long as it isn't something that happens to the MC, LIs, or is related to sex scenes... well, they can cut off arms, heads or whatever they want.

I'm more concerned with whether vore, hard vore, and cannibalism can be avoided.

It all happens to the FC and the only way to avoid any of it is to never ever lose a battle against anything or you'll get a death scene for each type of creatures and other monsters.

Keep in mind that this is a RPGM game and like most RPGM games the battles are usually rigged so that she loses. A few goblins can kill her easily hell I think the wind could even kill her if it blew hard enough.

Well, there are ways to prevent the MC from being killed. Unless it's really rigged and you die even if you win the fights.

I've tried the game, and so far I've killed every goblin I've come across without getting killed. I have to say that the MC fails more than a fairground shotgun (that is said in my country, I don't know if in other places as well)

Rigged as in many of the battles were really hard and you were lucky if you were able to kill one group of goblins let alone 2 or more.There is also a snake some bears and other things you have to fight. The difficulty might have been changed since the last update but before it was easy to die fast and never actually get anywhere.

When you lose a battle the FC dies in different death type bad end scenes depending on what you were fighting.

There's a couple of sex scenes, but the main focus is certainly on guro. The game is quite difficult (or was, when last I played; I haven't tried the update yet), but victory is definitely possible. A bit of savescumming is advised, though.

That said, I can't recommend the game if you're uncomfortable with guro - not unless you're really, really into winged giantesses. It can be avoided, but it appears to be one of the primary appeals of the game - you might not find enough other scenes to justify playing it.

(Oh, and to address your earlier question, "guro" generally refers to sexualized death; the most straightforward example I can think of would be someone having sex with a recently decapitated corpse. Or to quote a description I once heard, "It's that serial killer shit". Hard vore and cannibalism are generally considered under its umbrella, in my understanding.)

It may not be the object of the game... but I don't like to lose battles, so there are methods to ensure you don't lose them in these cases.

I will try to continue the game, but for now I don't think they can kill the MC (Main Character) unless there is some battle that you are forced to lose.

In the beginning while you have no armor and no experience, I want you to feel vulnerable to even small groups of goblins. But I can guarantee that you can beat them early on, you just need to be careful.

No sexual stuff will be the focus if present at all. You absolutely should be able to beat the game, I know a handful of people who managed to not only get high level, but also tackle the previously hardest boss. Like others said, if you aren't into Guro, the main CG reward for this game, then unfortunately this isn't recommended for you.

I don't like losing battles. If I see that I am going to lose, before it happens I close the game and load a saved game.

I consciously and subconsciously avoid any scenes that doesn't appeal to my other fetishes, that are pretty vanilla in comparison, so it's completely fine if I don't get any porn in a porn game as long as I can win.

Personally, what motivates me is to win all the fights because they are difficult. Losing them doesn't call me, but winning them makes me feel great.

For me it's not the difficulty but plot's consistency, I quicly lose interest if plot suggests MC to be a hero but between cutscenes she's a corrupted piece of fuckmeat. Same situation with male MCs.

Truthfully, guro isn't really to my tastes either (I enjoy it as a Bad End, but it does nothing for me as a sex thing); I'm mainly interested in the fantasy of being a giant angel in a world that treats them as large, tasty birds.

I was just warning you ahead of time, since I know plenty of other people who would end up annoyed otherwise .

Same bug.
If you go into the tavern, then, no matter how you finish the quest from goblins, if you try to enter the map "road to redwood" (after the guard post), you get the Game over.
Can give save.
