The stimulant potion seems to be glitchy. When I took it, I didn't get any adrenaline and the game sort of stuck just as I selected the angel to drink it until I clicked it with a mouse.

The barrel in the post-clear goblin den always has 100 gold coins in it when you re-enter the area.

Same bug.
If you go into the tavern, then, no matter how you finish the quest from goblins, if you try to enter the map "road to redwood" (after the guard post), you get the Game over.
Can give save.
Please send me the save, I'm unable to reproduce the bug.

Im afraid this game doesnt do your art justice G2320! I been a fan of your artwork posted in here I was pleasantly surprised you still around following up on your Guro Angel defeat story.

I loved that story so much I was trying to make a Renpy game out of it, but I dont have the skill or time for it, and here you are making a game out of it! Unfortunately it was a huge disappointing and frustrating game because of the choice of game engine, RPGM. That game engine doesnt do you justice because of the breakout of immersion and the small size images.

I passionately suggest you switch to a Renpy style game where your artwork can be in glorious full screen and the frustration in gameplay all removed. Here's a preview (some random pics) of the game I was trying to do with your artwork in Renpy. It was a personal project not intended to commercialize or share it.

As you can see, your beautiful art pops full screen keeping you more engaged in the story. Battles can be randomized or made thru a decision tree to keep it a "game" instead of a linear VN. Renpy is very easy to learn and use, I think you will have more success using that engine and rebuilding your game.

Anyways, I wish you success in your project whatever course you decide to follow. Can you at least share the games images in a gallery for full screen viewing?

You can do whatever you want with my images haha
I have considered using Renpy, but my experience with visual novels and similar games have been limited and mostly negative. Combat never felt interesting or intuitive(tried a few from this forum as well as a popular one on android), and until I can find a solution... I'm not sure what else I can do. Might dabble in a more action oriented game with gamemaker instead.

As for images, I made a huge mistake early on by making the images 1440x810 to match the games resolution and do not have backups. So, I'm afraid full 1080p isn't available.

I do intend on implementing a gallery mode for the scenes you've unlocked however, but not intending on releasing them as a standalone into my pixiv gallery.

Saves 18-24. Enter the global map - get the "Game Over".
Maybe it appear after the peasant's quest, if you give them money.
TYVM!

My stupid mistake that I didn't foresee

hotfix here:

I see the issue with the stimulant, I'll push the fix out in a future update

Sad to hear you dont like Renpy. Im interested on the story more than the action and Renpy is great for that. My experience in action games is that the story comes second and the immersion is ruined by a clunky game engine. I dont think many people come to this site and play adult games for the action, but rather for the immersion in the story, imagery and scenes. I was far more invested in your story posted in the form of a gallery than by this game. The imagery for your game does look cool and im looking forward for an unlocked gallery save.

You can do some combat decisions in Renpy and still feel some agency in "battles". Based on you decisions a different combat scene results which can even be randomized with a random number die roll command line. Is not that different from pressing Attack/Defend in RPGM combats, only more visually appealing in Renpy. The swing of the sword, the flapping of your wings could be in a combat animation following the decision you took to add the illusion of action.

I get that a lot of people aren't here for the combat, some replies have even been that it takes too long to get around despite it taking under a minute to go through every area. Still, I can't envision this being fun in renpy. It is too open-ended and combat focused. Perhaps when I am done with this, I'll do a visual novel of a different story, one that's less about combat, more about choices, one that's smaller in scope.

Can you just stop being a bitch about RPGM? If you don't like it, just fuck off. Developer decides what engine to use.

It's fine, he makes some good points that reflect fair number of peoples attitude towards adult games.
But reality tells otherwise, countless ren'py games are left abandoned after a couple of updates. While abandoned RPGM games I can count on my fingers.

Edit: Just checked, whole 25 pages of abandoned games are on ren'py, out of 51, that's a half of entirety of abandoned games on this site, just wow.

Many of the best developers start with RPGM and then evolve to Renpy. Examples: and Fashion Business. However I dont know of the reverse being true. Both of those great games improved immensely when they did. Renpy mods of great RPGMs are also quite popular and very welcomed by many in this site. We can have both ways if this game is successful in RPGM some guy like Phalzyr or other modder will make a conversion to Renpy.

For now, I just wish G2320 success on his game and that you enjoy it.

Ren'py is about actionless reading. RPGM is for actual gameplay. They are different tools for different purposes. Arguing what is better is equal to arguing about who is stronger: whale or elefant. It's even more retarded than arguing about PC vs Consoles.
And my fucking god, you all ren'py supremacists sound so obnoxiously moronic, are you all clones or what? What prevents you from speaking like normal people?

Given that pretty much all the scenes are "combat defeat", it's kind of nice to have an involved battle system: it makes you feel like there's actually something on the line with the decisions.

I do wish the images were a little more... savored, I guess is the word? All of the game-over scenes are fantastic, but having them stuck after the game-over, with no narration, feels like it's not doing them justice. The author did some very nice work thinking through exactly what was going to happen (the "feign death to get better odds" that can backfire is a super neat trick), but it feels like we're not getting his full vision.

Having a Ren'Py conversion by someone else seems like it'd be a great solution eventually: if people don't like the combat, being able to bypass it and focus on the story would work. It'd also be nice to have a "surrender" button that insta-kills the character (just making feign work at full health but have the goblins finish you off because they're not fooled, maybe) or a gallery as the author has mentioned.

Either way, this game is fantastic, and I'm super excited to see it updated again.

Ah heck it, here's the fix for stimulant

Cool beans. While I'm here, three more probable bugs I've found.

* I've got a girl's corpse in my inventory since I was too late to rescue her and it's starting to smell. The old guy isn't there to deliver it to, and nobody else wants it.

* The outdoor mobs (orcs and bears) in the second overland map (the one with Redwater) aren't respawning. I remember that they used to respawn so it's either an intentional change, or a bug.

* At the start, depending on the options you choose, the goblin runs away and you can chase him into the next map area where the lures you into an ambush. This event is now repeating every single time I enter that map area from any direction.

P.S. I skim through the Ren'py games because so many of them are very 'samey'. There are games that work best in Ren'py, but it's not the best for everyone and everything. I actually like having combat in my game.

You should be able to find the old guy in his hut near the north east corner of the map.

Also, saving her isn't time based (although the outcome takes time to come to fruition). It's based on your decisions instead. The path you chose takes even longer to come to fruition(no pics tho, just text) after you hand over the corpse.

Orcs or goblins? There are no orcs outside of the ruins. Maybe I changed that a while back and forgot?

Yeah Renpy definitely feels like a visual novel type of game, I do have some ideas of a story that'd fit it, but not this one.

Nope. He's not there.

I gave them money when I saw them, so I think it's bugged.

Pretty sure it was a group of two or three orcs with three or so goblins outside the ruins. But yeah, whatever they were they're not respawning anywhere.

Hmm, if you can, a saved game could help explain what's happening.
If you stole from their house, it cancels out giving them money.

I'll check as to why goblins aren't respawning.
