Its still viable in the sense that it adds the gold content from Ch. 1, but to get the gold content from Ch. 2 someone needs to share the new gold patch.

Alright, curiosity has made me come back to this, to check on Ash content. Anything different? During the beta they kissed on the roof, Vicky went to the MCs room (which still bothers me)

All I can see are two additional scenes (after getting in bed with Vicky) that are important for the story, but currently not relevant for the MC and there are no choices either.
I don't know yet, if anything has changed before that.

So not much of an update hmm. I check the next update when chapter 3 is finished. To me watching a few extra slides is not worth the time downloading and installing it.
