Are you sure?!? i got the same message and my system quarantined the file and another associated with this version of pandora's box that i got from mega. It's listed as legitimate malware/spyware online and seems to be often bundled with software which would make sense why whoever sourced it didn't know.

Contebrew.A!ml was the wedge in the door that then ran code that downloaded: Trojan:Win32/Ymacco.AAE8, either that or the trojan was already included with Contebrew.A!ml. I haven't had a problem with a virus in many years.

Anti-viruses will flag the -32.exe on nearly every Renpy game that has them. Also, unless you are running on a 32-bit OS (which no one should really be anymore), you can just remove the file with no ill effects.

I'm sure this has been asked before but why some options are missing and others remain locked even when you have C/S points?
I tried to follow WT but dunno if I'm following a crappy one or the game is just like that.

Oh no.
I read the preview and it's looking awful.
For one the characters aged (19 years older) and different models. Nadia doesn't look half as good as she used to.
Then the 19 years elapsed, new character and both protagonists remaining: this is telling me it's a terrible sequel where the new girl is the baby and the 19y elapsed are so that she can be 18+
I can deal with a bad story (obviously, I saw this one through after all) but if Nadia isn't attractive anymore there won't be anything for me. I least at least one of the two. Disappointing but I guess one less game to follow.
Good luck to the dev though.

Hey, everyone. I hope you're all doing fantastic. Here's a quick preview of the protagonists changes in the upcoming Pandora's Box 2 0.1 release.
2 of them you already know from the previous game. the Girlfriend in the middle and the Boyfriend on the right. They are both making a return as well as a brand new protagonist (default name Ellie) that you'll meet.
The action in the next game takes place 19 years after the end of Pandora's Box 1. So characters are older and I am trying my best to make them look as good as possible and keeping their original look.
Here's a quick picture of them:
I've made sure to change and improve on all old characters make them look at least a little bit aged from the time skip that the game will have. Older, but still sexy.
Both the Girlfriend and the Boyfriend have been improved. GF's model went from Genesis 8 to Genesis 8.1, while the Boyfriend went from Genesis 3 to Genesis 8.1. I kept their original morphs and models and hopefully they look even better to you now.
The first update might not look super big, but a lot of things are being set up for future updates. A lot of character work, locations, main menu changes, coding, etc. and all of that was done pretty much in a month, so please keep that in mind.
And I'll leave you with a few finished scenes:

Is there a way to avoid Blaire's route? I really dont like her and her disgusting cum eating husband. I feel like everything is fixed and meant to be on her path inevitably. Game wouldve been better off without that couple of swingers. And too much lesbians though, so far Ive only had one stranger in the club restroom to have fun with. Everywhere else are lesbian moments. Bill sucks though, he is a hypocrite. Thought he'd be great. But arranging for Eugene to cheat as well, feels like itll lead to sharing/swinging route as well. Here I thought its mainly NTR cheating. Swinging/sharing seems unavoidable. Even with 0 submission.

The balancing of this game is pretty bad. The point systems are waaaaaaaaaaay too steep, to the point you have to accept almost every corruption option in order to get content later; to get a lesbian scene (around halfway through I'm guessing, but I don't know, I quit after) you pretty much have to have the girl bang every man she meets. Which not only makes no sense but it turns the game into a linear, choiceless novel where you play a game of "See Blue? Click Blue".
Even worse is that a lot of times turning down the option actually *reduces* your point total, so after you turn down a few options in the early/mid game, you get locked into a cycle where you *can't* choose the blue options (like the lesbian scene), and it *still* takes points away, creating a vicious cycle.
The writing isn't bad, although as with so many others the game suffers from the usual tropes of 80% of the guys being fat, old, jerks, or black (seriously, why always the same four tropes in anything vaguely NTR?) for the sake of fetishes. The graphics are pretty good, the overall story is a bit dumb (too many forced scenes to create drama) but tolerable. It'd be at least a solid 4/5, but the overuse of ugly men and fetishes takes it to a 3/5, and the poor balancing and unavoidable scenes bump it to a 2/5. Of all games, a game like this cannot be balanced around "See all content, or see *no* content".
