I understand that we are offered an alternative to fast FAP, but I think it is more interesting to avoid MC corruption, from that point of view the game would tend to be very monotonous.

I think it's a decent game regardless of the lewds. I had fun playing thru it a few times to get a perfect run down.
Also she is VERY hot, some of the lewds are pretty nice. I'm actually not into the murder endings in THAT way, those don't mash well when I'm looking for the lewd stuff. However I do think that the existence of it in this game and the way it's handled does give it a unique and great flare. It feels more realistic in it's dark fantasy way, and the existence of death kinda makes the lewds better too...in a twisted way. Because not everything wants to fuck her, but instead just kill or eat her, it does make it so that the things that do wanna fuck her, actually wanna do it, it makes the rape all the more real cause in this world, it's not the only option, which means it was the chosen option, while in a normal hentai, it's just the only thing that can happen, feels more plot armorie when nothing can harm the girl, they just bang her and then she gets out of it and keeps going like nothing happened.
I'm into dark fantasy so this game does give an interesting mix of that and hentai at the same time.

Well so it seems like not much surprises here that despite them saying that there will be more lewd stuff than sinisistar, they will maintain their trademark ryona stuff as well.

That was a good opinion and I agree with some points. However, I would like to be more specific on some points.
- All or if not the vast majority, we see Rabiane and the new MC with lust and, we will not say no to a sex scene (This can be backed up by the fact that it is planning to produce Rabian Daikimakuras and we all know that the vast majority, if not all, will end up with CUM)
- This game combines the sinister with the sexual very well, in addition to that the gothic theme is of great help to justify the grotesque scenes such as rapes, corruption of the MC, scenes of devotion, etc.
- It is not the type of content common in H games, so it is remarkable in the eyes of the consumer and, in addition to that, I take advantage of the boom of gothic assholes (at least in the USA and Latin America), that's why I feel that I am abusing something that it has been successful and that it will be detrimental in the long term, so I would consider an arrangement important in terms of the theme, it is as if Final Fantasy were produced, the first times it is usually shocking, but in the long run people will tend to look for other genres (since there are not many copies like this)

Relatively speaking yeah I've played much worse; off the top of my head that Beach Splatter game and the Depravia games just to name a couple, they are much worse because they're full on gore/guro.
Funny tough that for us degenerates we know that it's "tame" in the sense that we've seen much worse, but from the prespective of whatever vanilla puritan person that lays their eyes on the game's animation, they will for sure be shocked out of their little pink panties because it's brutal to them.

To be fair. A lot of games with more gore go in the way of being over exaggerated often. To be fair, I didn't play much cause as I said, I'm not actually into gore and especially not guro. The butcher stabbing Rabianne or chopping her head of is for sure a boner killer for me, but it is snappy and visceral and adds to the dark atmosphere and the threat of the world.

Right, the level of gore in sinisistar I would equate to something like the classic Resident Evil games; that staple biting that zombies do when they grab Chris/Jill, and on the game over screen when Leon/Claire falls to the ground and the zombies starting feasting on them is the same form of the feeding scenes in sinisistar.
I used the classic RE games as an example but you can basically take any mainstream horror game or even things like The Last of Us with its brutal depictions, and yeah it's something that is done more to sell the point that the characters are in a horrific or brutal world/situation, rather than being straight up fetishistic.
Then again sometimes that line can be blurry, after all the very term "ryona" was invented by japanese audiences to describe games that contain a certain level of gruesomeness that some people find appealing.
Like the saying "some man's trash is another man's treasure", the same can be said for "some man's boner killer is another man's super arousing boner".. and hey if it's fiction and remains there then it's all good.

In my opinion this game adequately balances the grotesque scenes, as several members said, the gore that materializes in the game is not so hardcore, most players have seen deliveries where there is too much blood or more horrifying themes are used, for which I consider both sex and murder scenes useful to attract more audiences, either because the MC turns them on and they want to see how it gets corrupted, as happened with the Abandoned Village or Kessaria Cathedrale scenes, where she was seen as Rabiane lost his sanity; or see how monsters such as zombies devoured her, in this sense I think it would be good to add female humanoid monsters such as harpies, mermaids, vampires, that allow to attract the public who likes to see lesbian sexual content or see how they gut her.

I hope the second game comes out soon and will have less of the gore and more of the sex. Of course this beeing a horror sex game, gore is a part of it, but it seems like they ran out of ideas with the sex part after awhile since gore scenes were the majority in the later parts instead of stuff like animal farms breeding or the village rape that showed so much potential to be scary AND sexy.

When I played this game the first time, I gave me a real shiver down my spine. And the question why gore and porn shouldn't be together, I think there are ways to do this. Rape of the Dead (Seed of the Dead) did it well in the first part, but then lost it in the second and it just looked cheap. This, however, has quality written all over the place.

If the cult scenes had a proper conclusion it'd have been my favourite part of the game.

Yeah, On the 2nd scene they brainwash her and by the 3rd scene she is "willingly" their sex slave, riding of her own volition and branded by their mark. You could assume that it's the conclusion really, she just joins the cult as a happy sex slave.
