There are a couple npcs you can give it to, and you can drink it yourself if you're on the jagu isle.
There isn't anything like that in the game, no. It'd also make the game twice as long to make, considering Fluxcarnal would have to make almost every single graphic twice, one for the human dicks and one for "whatever these animal things are."

i spoke to the her and ive done everything possible in the mines spoke to the goblin,explored down the dark path and explored the cave and tryed to touch the mushrooms and sit on the squishy thing whatever its called still a werewolf tho what am i missing
Nevermind i figured it out i imported my saves from the 0.2.1 browser version to the current version and i guess i was basically playing the 0.2.1 version had to start a new game

To cure lycanthropy talk to Pali and follow her instructions. You have to do the goblins quest to continue the part of it in the mines.
Poisoning the knight can be done in several ways, but not until Minx actually has a reason to do so. It has nothing to do with the quest to cure your lycanthropy though.
