Yes. That's what I said: I first read it as the dev speaking to the player by proxy, but the later chapters show that wasn't the case.
I sure as shit don't let anyone stick me with anything I don't know what is. Especially not a non-specific impromptu "immunity booster" at a "university medical" with a doctor who's clearly out of her element.

Seems like you make the worst decisions ever in games but is not a surprise to me anymore after the one you did in your last game of forcing to choose 1 girl (And I liked that game, but I'm not willing for a repeat of that)... doing this in a harem with incest?
seems like a waste to me but is your game and this is just my opinion.Guess this is going to be my last playthrough but I can at least applaud you for being honest.

It does intend, but as it is only on update 4 for Season 1 of this game, to you really expect to get everything full throttle from the beginning? This game is not even at the halfwaypoint yet. I think a bit of patience is still warranted.
btw, there are several hints until now, not only the hint with doc and a weird eyes scene. Or did you just talk about the hints in Ep4?
For now, Charmane has only once treated him like "shit" and that in front of her cheerleader-buddys, to which she a bit later explained to him why. Just because you don't want to understand that, doesn't really equal to the MC not understanding it. Personally I don't like being talked down to like that and would certainly myself not be as forgiving. But the MC is like that. As we did not yet have another interaction with Charmane, that one time is not really enough to label her as treating the MC completely like shit. (You could always avoid both mother and daughter though, if you don't want to have anything intimately to do with both of them, but they are still part of the story.)
Then all is good. Was not really intended as too passive agressive, so if it sounded like that, I'm sorry. Though it really rubbed me the wrong way to read, you replayed and then said something like that. xD
You have to remember though, that the game is set in a slightly futuristic setting. (As evidenced by sharing the same world as RtP). So the non-specific "immunity booster" could be very well something like the update vaccination against the flu which is included in an medical checkup. Though that is just my point of view on that and why I see no issue there.

Ok - really hot girls, BUT
Choices are crappy as fuck. They dont seem to mean anything. Even when you dont look at anything, the outcome is the same. At best you see a short scene or not, overall they dont seem to change anything. You can't even really pick girls as far as I see it. You are "stuck" with all/most of them.
And the "story" - I have a better title for the game:
"Horny Shopping Assistant"
Every single girl really needs to have the opinion of the MC for no reason. I mean the worst is with Andrea - she shows stuff she already bought. They are in no shop, they are in some kind of training room. And in most games we can at least comment on the outfits. Here we are forced to endure the comments of that pervy MC.
And I get it, there is something strange happening (some magic - probably alien or other pseudo science crap I guess) with the MC and that is the reason he is the perfect pussy magnet - but come on.
The dev really needs to use more creativity to set up some skin showing.
Then the writing ... a good example.
At the end of the "talk" of the MC and Anne about their past, the MC says
You just need what? 2-3 more sentences to end the scene better ( call for dinner from the maid or stuff like that) - or even better that they use that bonding moment for something more, like watching TV together ... no. They just leave it like that and do nothing until the next morning.
The greatest sacrilege of the game is the spa scene. The MC walks into a sauna in full clothing and with street shoes. There should have been someone to shoot him! And that Gabi wears that pointless piece of clothing is not that great either - but I know that in most (barbaric) countries they wear bathing clothing in the sauna. But there is no reason to just wear a slip/string, whatever that is. The instantly disappearing clothing of the MC is interesting too. And on top - they dont use towels on the benches!!!! - but I guess the dev has no idea what a sauna is, because when they fuck on the floor ... good luck trying that in RL ... - but maybe it is a special facility with a cooled floor ... and bc Gabi is wearing makeup and it only smears after the sucking ^^ (I have seen a woman once with makeup in a sauna ... thats just a mess ^^) ... never understood the fascination of sex in a sauna. Never thought about that in RL - I guess it must be a really horrible thing. Probably a good way to try dieing during sex.
After that we have another "great" transition:
bla bla - "lets take a shower and wash the sweat away ..."

Makes no sense, maybe he is so horny, but not Minutes after he left the sauna.
So in the end its "just" a solid showcase of hot girls and various hot and sexy outfits... not bad at all, but nothing great either.

That just impacts the next scene and nothing else. Ok - that webcam girl, when you visit the milf you cant see her, but that is max extent of what the choices do.
