You may know both of these games but: Unleashed by STWAdev doesn't have many fighting scenes yet but will do, and is about a professional fighter. STWAdev's first game (now completed) is /not/ about a fighter but is also excellent. I really cannot recommend both of them enough. Also off the top of my head there's Live to Fight and probably there are others but that's all that I can think of.

Rose is a love interest and has a spicy scene in 0.7.

Rose's Milf mother (Scarlett) may have some situations where she can be pursuable under certain conditions as well, but not much content of her currently exists. There are some definite plans for her in the future, but I'm not going to spoil those.

At least 1 or 2 more female love interests will be added at some point in the future as well.

No incest is in the game at the moment.
Moon and I are aware of the frequent requests for incest content.
I am not opposed to having some sort of "custom relationships" coded/patched in at some point in the future.
That being said, it's Moon's call and I will back his decision on that either way, and as of yet there is nothing close to incest in the game at this point in time.
